Mr. Fertitta represents clients with a primary focus in occupier advisory and corporate services encompassing the lease, purchase, sale, and structured finance of real property. Charles has over twenty years of experience in the office & industrial sector and represents clients with a local presence as well as clients nationally and internationally. He is recognized as a tenant representation specialist, offering result driven solutions for users of office and industrial real estate, providing a single end-to-end representation resource for new locations, multi-location, extensions, expansions, and consulting. Clients are able to make smart decisions in the intermodal and multimodal 3PL sector by leveraging his logistics background.
Mr. Ryan has been involved in the commercial real estate business for nearly 20 years, 15 years of which he has spent at Colliers.
Walker joined Colliers in the Office Services Group in 2006, specializing in tenant representation and owner representation. Walker has been a top producer at the Houston office since 2013.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Ryan began his career at The Friedkin companies as a Financial Analyst, and in 2001 made a transition to Lewis Realty Advisors as an appraiser. Following that, Walker accepted a position with Avail Consulting (formerly Arthur Andersen’s valuation group) in their Real Estate division. In 2005, Walker made the move to U.S. Trust, as a Vice President in the Business Development division.
Walker’s abilities to determine value, to run and understand financial models and to work well with clients, coupled with his market knowledge, and working experience with the leading commercial brokerage firms, building owners, REITS, developers, property management companies and financial institutions make him an asset to all of his clients in their real estate decision-making process.
Mr. Spence specializes primarily in industrial tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, design/construct, build-to-suit evaluations, development and investment transactions in the Houston area. He has more than six years of commercial real estate experience in the Industrial sector.
Mr. Spence is self-motivated and determined to take care of his clients however he can. Mr. Spence goes beyond simply brokering real estate transactions by providing resources relating to a variety of real estate needs from professional recommendations to business infrastructure setup to business leads for his client’s companies.
Before joining Colliers, Chase was a broker at Cresa-Houston for four years where he was a consistent top producer. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Chase worked as a Project Manager in the construction industry in the Central Texas area, Houston and Austin.
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research and has 37 years of commercial real estate experience. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually, including quarterly reports on Houston's retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials supporting the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers Editorial Board, the Colliers U.S. Research Council, and is a recipient of the Colliers Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Crissy is passionate about innovation and productivity in the workplace; constantly seeking a better way and helping others succeed are a couple of her daily drivers.
Crissy develops and expands marketing and technology platforms for the Houston office and contributes to the Southwest region.
She started as the marketing specialist at the front desk of a boutique commercial real estate firm in 2007, with her first assignment of building their website. From there learning commercial real estate and bringing the best marketing practices to the CRE realm has been her focus.
In 2010 that boutique firm merged with Colliers' Houston office where Crissy was promoted to marketing director, now chief marketing officer, and has been responsible for the organization's marketing efforts. Crissy designs and conducts in-house training programs to elevate staff knowledge and to enhance new business skills. She organizes and executes company events and recognition programs to support and promote a positive work culture. In January of 2020, she became a principal of the firm.
Some of Crissy's career highlights include being named Colliers U.S. Marketer of the Year, partaking in Fort Bend's Leadership Class program, being recognized as a local Top 40 Under 40, and taking home awards for Best Market Intelligence and Driving Business Efficiencies & Effectiveness.

Serving as Senior Vice President, Mr. Nash is involved in all facets of occupier services with a primary focus in advising corporate and non-corporate users of real estate to include lease, purchase, lease restructure, space disposition, and financial analysis of commercial property. As a native Houstonian, Mr. Nash has nearly a decade of experience in the office sector of the commercial real estate industry and represents a wide scale of companies ranging from independently owned, boutique businesses to enterprise-level, publicly traded corporations with local, national and international locations. As a tenant representation specialist, clients leverage Mr. Nash’s expertise in all phases of a transaction, resulting in the ability to make confident decisions supported by financial analysis and user-specific goals.
By implementing the motto of “you only have one thing in life, and that is your reputation” to both his professional and personal life, Mr. Nash delivers unprecedented results to his clients, as well as community and peers.
