As Client Services Lead in South Florida, Carras Perez provides guidance, training and general support to the Client Services team and brokers in our region. Carras also supports a team of brokers in all service lines of real estate for lease or sale in various markets on a local and national basis. She is involved in every step of the process beginning with the creation of proposals, the coordination and execution of the marketing campaigns, and transaction coordination. In support of her brokers, Carras leverages all resources in order to collaborate with the marketing, research and GIS teams to successfully produce quality marketing materials in service to our clients and brokers. Carras is adept at providing clear and concise materials and client update reports to ensure the client is aware of our efforts and fully satisfied with our services.
As the local contact and trainer for our company tools and resources, Carras is always excited to introduce newcomers to Colliers' extensive tools and provide best practices to implement their use. Her focus is to accelerate the success of every individual, broker or team, showing our clients and competitors the Colliers Difference.
Carras has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2008, she began her career in the industry in property management which provided a unique understanding of commercial real estate properties and only enhanced her knowledge of the commercial real estate sector.

As Associate Vice President, Honey has in-depth experience in the South Florida marketplace with a focus on landlord and tenant representation primarily in the retail environment. She has been active in the South Florida commercial market for more than 30 years, consummating numerous sales of single and multi-tenant retail properties as well as multi-tenant office and industrial buildings. Leveraging my knowledge of the market, Honey is able to better assist her clients in defining the best strategies and solutions for both owners and tenants in the retail sector. After working extensively with clients in sourcing their desired locations, she has established relationships with national tenants that include Cricket Wireless, Dollar General, Tropical Smoothie Café, Clothes Mentor, Clutch Coffee, Northland Hearing Centers and More Space Place.
Honey is also active in the sale and acquisition of land for development and leasing of retail real estate, working with developers of properties for numerous national tenants such as Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General, TD Bank, Chevron and RaceTrac.
Prior to transitioning to brokerage, she gained an extensive background in the commercial financing industry through working in the family-owned commercial mortgage banking and development business, Robert Wilmoth & Associates in Palm Beach, Florida. During her tenure with the company, she was actively involved in all aspects of the production and closing of investment grade commercial and real estate development loans. She also served as the Portfolio manager for the $300 million pool of mortgage loans generated by the company with both life insurance companies and pension funds.
Honey is actively involved in the local arts community and serve on the Board of the Benzaiten Center for Creative Arts. Her community involvement has also lead her to serve on both the Art in Public Places Board and the Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals in the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
With more than 33 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and a vast knowledge of the South Florida market, Tom Burst leverages his expertise and qualifications to advise clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, from disposition to tenant representation, with a primary focus is on Landlord Representation for office and medical office buildings in South Florida and the Treasure Coast. As a trusted advisor to building owners, Tom has a storied history of success in turning around troubled properties by focusing on their individual strengths, and designing specific marketing plans to capitalize on those strengths, to maximize the value of each unique asset.
Tom's philosophy is to build long-term client relationships through hard work and a steadfast commitment to integrity. After completing multiple transactions over a period of years with his clients, he feels that his success is defined by his client base, and the longevity of his client relationships.
Before joining Colliers, Tom was the owner of Burst Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., which he founded in 1996. He also served as a Broker for GMH Associates serving as Director of Marketing for the Florida Region. Burst originally began his career in the commercial real estate industry as an associate with CB Commercial Real Estate Group (now CBRE) specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties in Palm Beach County. While at CB, Tom was the top producer in the West Palm Beach office market and one of the top producers for CB Commercial in South Florida.
Tom has worked extensively with the Boy Scouts of America, is a volenteer Hunter Safety Instructor with Florida Wildlife Commission and current President of Ducks Unlimited, Palm Beaches Chapter
As a Senior Vice President of Land Services of Colliers South Florida, Mike leverages his extensive experience and knowledge in land acquisitions and dispositions to the Land Advisory practice throughout Florida.
Throughout his career, Mike has been involved with more than 4 million square feet of commercial properties and over 10,000 residential units. This includes, but is not limited to, land acquisition, development, construction, leasing, management and sales transactions.
With nearly 40 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate business, Mike has had the pleasure of completing transactions within nearly every Florida market.
Most recently as a Vice President at CBRE, Mike Millard was a member of the Land Services Group (LSG), where he specialized in the disposition of excess land for clients, including large tracts of commercial, agricultural and transitional land within the State of Florida. Preceding his employment with the Falcone Group, as Vice President of Commercial Development, Mike was a vice president with WCI Communities for nearly five years. In this capacity, he was responsible for negotiating all aspects of land sale acquisitions and dispositions throughout Florida. During this time period he negotiated approximately $500 million in land transactions much of the land consisting of the former McArthur Foundation Land Holdings totaling 14,000 acres in North Palm Beach County. Mike has also been involved with several CDD (Community Development District) and served on the Board of the Old Palm CDD.
As the Operations Manager for the South Florida offices of Colliers, I partner with key management personnel to standardize processes and streamline administrative operations across our region. My support and coordination for the operational side of the business ranges from office equipment purchasing, new-hire orientation, office events and vendor relationships, among others.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was with Easton Development in Miami, where I was responsible for all aspects of administrative support for the Development Group, including construction loans, invoices and payments, preparing bid packages and tracking business development opportunities. I also served as Manager of Market Operations across the State of Florida for JLL, from 2006 to 2016. In my role, I partnered with Regional Leaders in managing the many facets of the organization, including implementation of strategic initiatives as well as executing human resources, finance and infrastructure procedures in Florida, while adhering to regulatory and corporate procedures. In total, I bring more than 24 years of administrative and operational experience within the commercial real estate industry.
As Executive Vice President of the Debt and Equity Finance group in South Florida, Shannon Rex leads a team of investment banking advisory professionals which focuses on the placement of debt and equity in the capital markets arena. Throughout his storied career, Shannon Rex has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of more than $2 Billion in commercial real estate that spans over all asset types and structures.
While Shannon’s career has spanned over 20 years, he has developed solid relationships throughout the industry with key principals in commercial investment banking, life insurance companies, pension funds, private equity, high-net worth individuals, and family offices. His goal is to assist the client with an aligned, debt and/or equity placement utilizing those key relationships to execute the most efficient structure as possible.
With a base in South Florida, the Colliers Debt and Equity Finance Group focuses exclusively on the capital stack for all asset classes of commercial real estate. The team is comprised of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in development, asset management, banking and finance, accounting, and operations. It leverages its experience and resources to develop strategic capital markets execution plans, from the relatively straight forward, to the more complex structured finance/joint venture transactions. Christopher Twist Specializes in the Brokerage and Advisory of Single Tenant Retail transactions across the United States. He utilizes his knowledge and expertise to maximize the success of every transaction. With 20 years of proven experience and a superb knack for identifying and leveraging quality assets, he has assisted clients in the successful acquisition, disposition and financing of various asset classes, including multi-property, multi-tenant, industrial, and single tenant net leased properties. Christopher has participated in over $2B in commercial real estate transactions.

Monte I. Greenberg joins Colliers as Associate Vice President with a focus on providing debt and equity services for various commercial real estate properties and development projects. He is a senior member of Colliers’ Debt & Equity Services Group, a collaborative services team focused on helping clients to achieve maximum results while navigating them through the debt and equity process.
With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Greenberg has an established history of providing exemplary service to his clients, while adding value through his deep understanding of commercial real estate, finance and development.
He has negotiated acquisitions of various asset classes such as mixed-use, multifamily, retail and office, which allows him to have an in-depth knowledge of real estate from entitlement through completion of the project.

Greenberg most recently served as a Director of Acquisitions for a South Florida family office, actively involved in all aspects of the development and management of mixed use, multi-family, commercial, retail and residential projects. He also served as Director of Consulting Services providing a diverse level of services to clients, during his tenure at the family office.
As a Financial Analyst for the Rex Capital Markets Team in South Florida led by Shannon Rex, Michael focuses on providing expert financial analysis to support transaction management and services on the placement of debt and equity in the capital markets arena.
