Professional Summary
Caroline has been a part of Colliers since 2020. She first joined the team as an intern where she assisted property managers with operational duties and helped contact tenants. Caroline continued to work as an intern while completing her education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She graduated with a commercial real estate degree from the number one real estate program in the nation, as well as obtaining her degree in Marketing. Upon graduation, Caroline transitioned into her current role, Tenant Services Coordinator, in June of 2021. She helps manage a portfolio of 35 assets measuring over 1.5 million square feet of office and retail buildings for several institutional investment companies. Caroline primarily focuses on the building operations by preparing bid proposals, overseeing major building contracts, and reviewing building security to monitor legal and risk management. Additionally, she ensures tenant satisfaction by establishing and coordinating strong relationships with maintenance staff, security team, contractors, and tenants.

Donna Dorau Parry joined Colliers | Wisconsin as an Associate Property Manager in July of 2020, working primarily at the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center. Prior to that, Donna held the position of Assistant Property Manager for several years, working closely with Property Managers to provide superior client service and tenant relations for managed office, retail and industrial properties. Earlier in her career, Donna provided Administrative Services for two Milwaukee-area Commercial Real Estate firms. In those positions, she functioned as Assistant Real Estate Manager for properties in Wisconsin and throughout the country. Donna began her career in real estate working for Seattle-based ERA Living, a developer of premier full-service retirement communities in the Pacific Northwest.
Donna is a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson and a licensed Wisconsin Notary Public.
Tom has over 25 years experience in Property Management including overseeing management and leasing of over 1,500,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial and residential properties.
Tom is well known in the real estate community as a person with high morals, values and standards. Tom is responsible for representing building owners in property management, leasing transactions and tenant relations for commercial office and retail space as well as residential properties.
Tom’s areas of expertise include tenant and client relations and retail and office management and leasing.
With over 15 years of management experience, Tabitha has spent the last 5 years focusing specifically on Residential Property Management. She has had the opportunity to work on an array of communities that include lease ups and a historically renovated loft. With a training and development background Tabitha has been utilized to help hire, train, and develop staff members on multiple properties across several states. Her leadership and dedication to customer service have been a driving force in her career.
