Carlos Reyes

Carlos G. Reyes is a Senior Valuation Specialist with the Miami, Florida office of Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services. He has been writing and reviewing complex appraisal reports since 1998. Beginning in the Miami-South Florida market and subsequently gaining experience in the North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky markets throughout his career. He is knowledgeable with valuation services for a wide range of property types including office, retail, industrial, hotel/motel, institutional, healthcare assisted living & skilled nursing facilities, low-income housing tax credit, subdivision development, multi-family, and convenience/ service stations.
