Korey Ryan is a Vice President of Logistics & Industrial Advisory Services at Colliers. Partnering with Cam Kucic SIOR, Korey specializes in the leasing, sales, and development of industrial and investment properties in Indiana and across the nation.
Korey is well versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with a particular expertise in Tenant Representation. Korey is recognized as an emerging leader in industrial Tenant Representation and has produced corporate real estate strategies on behalf of many prominent companies nationally. Korey’s expertise includes providing detailed analyses of how real estate decisions impact his clients – both functionally and financially – and creating innovative real estate solutions and cost-savings strategies that facilitate enhanced company operations while improving the bottom line financially.
Since joining Colliers in June 2017, Korey has been involved in the sales and leasing of over ±5,000,000 square feet. Korey was honored as the NAIOP Indiana Emerging Broker of the Year in 2020, Colliers Indianapolis Peak Performer in 2021, and a CoStar Power Broker in 2022.
Prior to joining Colliers, Korey attended Roosevelt University (Chicago), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He was a member of the Men’s Basketball team throughout his collegiate career and served as team captain.
Cori Church provides marketing, administrative and client support to Indianapolis brokerage teams.
Cori offers impressive marketing and administrative skills she gained at her previous position with Zidan Management Group.
As a marketing Intern for Ball State’s on-campus greenhouse, she conducted demographic research and implemented new marketing strategies to improve the location’s online presence and increase foot traffic. And as a committee member of the American Advertising Federation chapter at Ball State, Cori conducted research and created advertising material for a nationally recognized brand.
In her spare time, Cori enjoys spending time with her dogs and her family. She also enjoys refinishing furniture as a hobby.
