As the Transaction Manager for the Office Brokerage Group, Caitlin focuses her time on marketing support including the creation and distribution of custom property marketing collateral and marketing campaigns, broker event planning, office leasing tours, landlord and tenant representation service pitches and proposals, marketing/leasing activity reports, transaction support and market research.
Prior to her current role, Caitlin served as a Client Services Coordinator and Office Support Specialist at Colliers | Wisconsin, managing all Colliers listings and supporting brokers from all teams for various projects, tracking and coordinating real estate signage, creating marketing and promotional materials and coordinating brokerage and all-company events.
Caitlin utilizes her diverse marketing and commercial real estate background to connect with a variety of internal and external individuals, all while providing seamless project continuity to ensure every client’s needs are met.

Margaret leads Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing and Research Group. In her role, Margaret is responsible for the creation of business development and marketing materials, oversees the marketing, research and analytics platform, providing interpretation and analysis of market trends to bolster the efforts of our advisors and clients. In addition, Margaret is responsible for leading the overall vision of the marketing and research platform, including its conversion to a distinct service line within our family of companies. Stepping outside of the traditional marketing and research role, Margaret’s team analyzes, interprets and presents data holistically in effort to guide more effective decision making for real estate owners, end users and community members.
Lyle is responsible for driving the culture, strategic leadership and ultimately growth of Colliers | Wisconsin and related companies. Lyle, along with the entire Colliers | Wisconsin leadership team, has created a diversified and integrated family of companies. This full-service platform aims to serve and support Colliers market leading brokerage and property management platforms.
Most of his career has been spent in the commercial real estate industry, working primarily as an office broker. Lyle has worked with some of the largest landlords and corporations in the region, helping advise on strategy and servicing their real estate needs. This experience has given him insight in the industry and valuable perspective on how to build a market leading brokerage and property management platform - particularly by leveraging technology, marketing, research and analytics.
Lyle has a great passion for people and a desire to serve. He views it as his role to help each person reach their potential and to help the company discover its purpose, both internally and externally through the community.
Dan specializes in, and leads, the Office Agency Leasing Group for the Wisconsin market with a specific focus on institutional clients. He has a successful track record with the rebranding and lease-up of an array of suburban and CBD office projects. Dan’s ability to understand the unique aspects of each asset and communicate those attributes to the marketplace in an effective and targeted manner has provided his clients with an unmatched level of service and overall results.

As an office broker, Mike’s core business is slated towards sale, lease and development transactions of office buildings and tenants throughout Wisconsin.
Mike specializes in office landlord and occupier representation with an emphasis in downtown Milwaukee central business district (CBD). Mike is currently responsible for the brokerage services of over one and half million square feet market wide. His areas of expertise include; leasing and sales of commercial office investments, corporate owner and tenant representation, research analysis and Argus modeling.
Mike is a graduate of the Marquette University Business School, with a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He has remained active in the program and serves on the board of the Real Estate Alumni of Marquette (REALM).
Matt has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since joining Colliers | Wisconsin in 2013. As Vice President, Matt’s core business is slated towards lease, sale, and development transactions of office buildings throughout Wisconsin.
Matt specializes in landlord representation and handles assets throughout all of Southeastern Wisconsin with an emphasis Milwaukee’s central business district (CBD). Matt is currently responsible for the brokerage services of over one and half million square feet market wide. His areas of expertise include; leasing and sales of commercial office investments, corporate owner and tenant representation, research analysis and Argus modeling.
Matt is a graduate of the Marquette University Business School, with a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. Matt is also an active member of NAIOP Wisconsin where he serves on the Developing Leader Board.

Joe is a highly motivated, resourceful, goal and client-focused professional with a real estate background and strong sales, marketing and management experience. He is an Eagle Scout armed with a BSBA Marketing degree from Xavier University and has a proven track record for results in both his professional and personal life. He has a robust family and small business background with first-hand experience and exposure to all facets that it takes to successfully run a business. Joe has strong entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills as a result of an award-winning decade in sales as a premier real estate professional.
Lacey is a Real Estate Advisor within the Office Brokerage Group. She joined Colliers | Wisconsin in 2021, specializing in landlord representation and handles assets throughout all of Southeastern Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Colliers | Wisconsin, Lacey began her career at Wipfli as a tax accountant and made a transition to Wipfli Financial to take on a financial planning/wealth management role. In October 2018 she made the leap into brokerage starting her career at CBRE where she focused her time on both tenant and landlord representation.
Lacey brings excitement and energy to every assignment and is focused on helping her clients succeed. Her ability to effectively negotiate transactions paired with knowledge of the Milwaukee office market and current trends, provides valuable insights for her clients.
