Bryce Thompson brings over 30 years of real estate experience to his new position as Managing Director at Colliers, Princeton. He brings a unique local perspective as a fifth-generation Princetonian. He has cultivated an in-depth knowledge of the local community and has developed key relationships with community leaders and business owners. Prior to joining Colliers, Bryce was Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing for Thompson Land Company. A company focusing primarily on land sales, land development, land preservation and commercial real estate. Most recently as President of Lanwin Development Corporation his expertise shifted towards land sales for build-to-suit, speculative development and investment properties. Bryce has significant experience owning, managing and leasing both locally and nationally in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Tennessee, Colorado and Puerto Rico. Over the years he has helped to accumulate and manage approximately one million square feet of commercial space. Bryce joined Colliers in January 2020 and looks forward to guiding and advising clients through every important phase of a commercial real estate transaction.
