Gary Grochowski, SIOR is a Senior Vice President & Director of Agency Leasing in the Southeastern Michigan Region. He has extensive knowledge and experience in office, medical, and hi-tech properties throughout the Midwest. Gary's focus is in the sales and leasing of office properties and he has transacted various asset classes, including industrial, land and multi-family. Since being licensed in 1999, he has completed in excess of 500 transactions.
Responsibilities include expansion and development of the office leasing portfolio and encompass all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales, leasing, asset management, corporate solutions, valuation and capital services.

Karen is the Operations Manager for the Detroit Office Agency Team, working with Gary Grochowski and Bryan Barnas. She has diverse commercial real estate experience from 30+ years of property management, accounting, and real estate development. Responsibilities include managing the client prospecting efforts, database management, coordinating client communications during the deal process, and day-to-day operational aspects of the team. The Detroit Office Agency Team specializes in office, medical, and hi-tech properties throughout the Midwest - with additional experience in industrial, land and multi-family transactions.
After stints in accounting and healthcare Karen chose to return to commercial real estate - for which she truly has a passion. Karen's strengths include: process development/improvement, problem solving. and customer service.
