Brooke specializes in research capabilities, providing support for the Brokerage, Property Management, Facility Services, Accounting, Project Management, Construction and Development departments. She is responsible for executing data reports, maintaining a commercial property database, reporting quarterly trends, performing data analysis and utilizing statistical information to predict future behavior in the market.
She also assists the marketing and research director on special projects and corporate initiatives.
Prior to joining Colliers, Brooke attended the University of Oklahoma and received her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications. She then attended West Virginia University and received her Master’s in Data Marketing Communications. Brooke spent time in Washington D.C. where she worked as a Staff Assistant for a congressman in the U.S. House of Representatives. While there, she controlled the front office, interfaced with constituents, and attended briefings.
