As a Marketing Specialist for Colliers International | Cleveland, I am responsible for providing my team of real estate brokers with high quality marketing materials that helps them to provide value to their clients. I spend my workday creating original and on-brand property flyers, tour books, client need campaigns and new listing email campaigns, as well as any other collateral the brokers or their clients may ask for. When I am not at work, I enjoy exploring the Metroparks, watching various genres of movies, painting and reading.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2019, I was as an intern for Festival Country Indiana. In this position, I worked to grow tourism in Johnson County by connecting with local businesses and event guests, as well as creating original advertisements for various platforms and running their social media. My diverse work experience has made it easy for me to be adaptable in my work environments and my extensive background with Adobe Creative Suite has allowed me to bring ideas to life.

After graduating early with a degree in finance from DePaul University, Chicago, Conor was offered the opportunity to bring his expertise to Colliers as an associate with the Colliers Industrial Market Team. As an Associate of the Cleveland Industrial Services Group, Conor works with owners and users of industrial assets to provide real estate solutions throughout Northeast Ohio. Conor takes pride in employing his financial skills and unique in-house marketing capabilities to immediately create value for his clients. I am a licensed real estate salesperson, licensed attorney and licensed auctioneer with a multidisciplinary background in legal, commercial real estate, finance, leasing, due diligence, construction, government, planning, zoning and consulting. Additionally, I have served as court appointed receiver or agent to receiver in 12 Ohio counties and in Federal Court.
