Brian has worked on projects throughout the U.S. and in Mexico, Canada, Asia, Europe, Australia, and Africa.
He is an invaluable asset to the firm through his significant contributions in various leadership roles. For numerous years, he served as Co-Market Leader for the Indianapolis office. He currently is a primary leader on the firm's Executive Committe, overseeing strategic initiatives and decision making. Previous roles include a lead advisory capacity of the firm’s Property Management division. Additionally, he has led the brokerage operations and managed the company’s infrastructure. In 2007, he directed the firm’s selection, planning, testing and launch of an industry-tailored CRM platform and project management tool.
Brian has earned impressive awards including 3-Time Inductee into the Colliers Everest Club, recognizing the top 10% of Colliers brokers across the U.S. based on sales volume and Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame. Previously, Brian worked at Celadon Group, a leading international transportation company, where he managed project development and real estate interests on an international basis.

Jon Jessup has over 23 years of diverse experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in global Corporate Solutions focusing on Life Science, Law Firm, Professional Services, Manufacturing and Logistics companies. Additionally, he has a breadth of experience with a focus on Investments and Leasing across asset types, capital sources, and geography. His years of experience, strong financial acumen and attention to detail offers his clients an added advantage during transaction negotiation, execution, and delivery.
Jon’s Corporate Investment Services and Leasing experience is broad-based with proven results in office, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors. His expertise extends beyond the Indianapolis market through his decades of experience providing successful outcomes for his clients in the U.S. and around the world. His ability to listen, communicate effectively, and leverage his diverse experiences allows him to deeply understand his clients’ needs, and develop creative solutions for complex transactions. This core competency has been a mainstay of his business model which has helped lead to strong client satisfaction and retention.

Prior to joining the firm, Jon served as Assistant Vice President in Corporate Planning at American United Life. He was also Director of Corporate Development at RealMed.com and an Assistant Vice President at Irwin Mortgage.
Andrew Urban is an energetic and analytical commercial real estate expert that specializes in local and global advisory of corporate occupiers. His practice focuses on providing companies with best-in-class representation on property acquisitions, leasing, portfolio management and dispositions both locally and globally.
Enabled by diverse professional experience gained while at prominent Fortune 500 companies — he consistently brings a dynamic, and results-driven perspective to his clients’ real estate challenges.
Further, he is the Founder and Co-Host of the 'Urban Foundry Podcast’ which engages city leaders, developers, non-profits, and community organization to discuss the future of real estate in the urban core. The Urban Foundry podcast is available on all major podcast platforms.
Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew held corporate real estate leadership roles at General Motors, and Zimmer Biomet. In those roles he had operational oversight of brokerage, project management, transaction management, M&A integration and strategic master planning for their global and regional portfolios of office, industrial, and special purposes properties.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Andrew previously held pivotal Finance roles at Eaton Corporation — where he acquired invaluable corporate finance, capital project underwriting, and financial reporting experience.
Kevin Burnett, Vice President in Colliers Occupier Services group, provides comprehensive portfolio, transactional, and financial advisory services to our growing client portfolio of global and national corporate services accounts serviced from the Indianapolis office.
With over 14 years in the commercial real estate industry and specializing in multi-market corporate service work, Kevin’s assignments have spanned the globe. From negotiating transactions to sophisticated financial modeling, Kevin’s collaborative approach with a strong attention to detail have resulted in high client satisfaction and retainment.
For his exceptional work and dedication to his clients and team, Kevin received the firm’s “Peak Performance” staff award for 2018.
Previously, Kevin held positions as Strategic Planner and Financial Analyst at ATA Airlines. He attended Ball State University where he was a member of the Men’s Tennis Team.
As the Team Operations Manager for the Indianapolis Occupier Services division, Paige oversees team operations by supporting transaction operations, process improvements, new technology, client engagement, and supporting new business development pursuits. Prior to joining Colliers, Paige had an impressive career in the retail arena with Nordstrom – with various management roles at both the corporate and store level.
Billy Powers specializes in industrial advisory on the Indianapolis Occupier Services Team, with a focus on larger distribution facilities. He works with owners and landlords to lease and sell their real estate assets.
Prior to joining Colliers, Billy has had extensive experience in servicing high value clients in the supply chain and distribution industries. His responsibilities ranged from design solutions to multi-phase project installations and implementations. Billy has worked with hundreds of clients to develop custom solutions totaling over $100 million in material handling equipment and packaging supplies. This experience provided a front-row seat understanding of the supply chain users and their facility challenges & requirements.
Billy is a graduate of Wabash College with a major in Economics. At Wabash, he was very active in both campus organizations and competitive sports, including the Mens Basketball and Volleyball Teams. He and his wife and their three children enjoy experiencing new adventures.
Aaron Snoddy is an office advisor with the Indy Occupier Services Team, serving both local and multi-market clients throughout the United States.
Using his finance and marketing background, Aaron enjoys identifying and addressing the unique challenge of each individual project to best serve his client’s interests and objectives. Over his career, Aaron has completed brokerage and consulting assignments totaling more than $150 million.
Additionally, Aaron serves in a leadership capacity for the Indianapolis office, as the Team Lead for the overall Office brokerage group. In this role, Aaron drives ongoing communication and market intelligence to benefit the greater Office group’s productivity.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys playing golf, cooking, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Kathleen Adams oversees the firm’s lease administration platform. She directs all rent and subtenant management processes, year-end operating expenses audits, property tax appeals, lease analysis, and document management. She maintains department processes and multiple technology platforms to provide accurate, on-demand real estate information to support portfolio planning and real estate strategy. In this capacity, she partners with other Corporate Services professionals to best integrate and support ongoing relationship management of all clients.
Kathy has over 16 years of real estate experience. She started her career in residential real estate working for Century 21, on the Southside of Indianapolis. Transitioning to the commercial sector, Kathy has worked for leading national commercial property owners/developers. Prior to joining Colliers, she was a Lease Administrator with Kite Realty Group. Previous to that, she worked with Simon Property Group as a Senior Analyst in the Financial Operations Department. In those roles she was responsible for accounting, administering billings, and dispute resolution.
Nick Drehs is member of the Indianapolis Occupier Services Team – which exclusively represents building occupiers across multiple property types – on the holistic services required of that user group: portfolio lease & sale transaction process, project management, lease administration, consulting, and site selection.
Nick brings a unique blend of project oversight, analytics, sales experience, and marketing skills.
A recent graduate of Wabash College, Nick returns to Colliers after having completed an internship with the Occupier Services team, where he acquired direct experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to that, he has held other B2B internships, gaining invaluable exposure to diverse business environments.
Away from work, Nick enjoys gathering with friends and various fitness/sport activities – golf, basketball, running, pickleball, and softball.
