Prior to entering the Bay Area market, Chad was based in Northern Virginia/Washington DC in the role of Executive Vice President at the Northern Virginia Brokerage for Colliers. This role saw Chad specializing in tenant representation in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, area.
With a career spanning close to 20 years within the commercial real estate industry, Chad has represented the interests of many of the most dynamic and fastest-growing companies both locally and nationally.

As a marketing expert for the Colliers Pleasanton office, I provide support to the various broker teams. Handling the layout and design of property marketing, email blasts, social media tiles, direct mail, quarterly reports, business development pieces, client-facing pitches, and special projects.
