Chad Arnold is based out of the Colliers Pleasanton Office, specializing in office leasing, sales, and tenant representation. Prior to entering the Bay Area market, Chad was based in Northern Virginia/Washington DC, in the role of Executive Vice President of the Northern Virginia Brokerage for Colliers.
With a career spanning more than 18 years in the commercial real estate industry, Chad has represented the interests of many of the most sophisticated landlords, and fastest-growing companies, both locally and nationally.
A steadfast commitment to his clients, coupled with his unyielding negotiating style, Chad is well recognized by his clients and peers as an industry leader. His innovative approach to deal-making, where he leverages market trends, technical analysis, and client objectives to develop innovative and strategic solutions to provide enduring value, sets him apart.
Chad now resides in Danville with his wife and two sons. Much of his free time is spent juggling his son’s sports schedules, golfing, fishing, and enjoying the atmosphere in Tahoe.
As a marketing expert for the Colliers Pleasanton office, I provide support to the various broker teams. Handling the layout and design of property marketing, email blasts, social media tiles, direct mail, quarterly reports, business development pieces, client-facing pitches, and special projects.
I utilize my 6+ years of marketing experience, creative knowledge, and design skills to ensure our projects adhere to a high standard of excellence.
