I specialize in tenant representation and landlord agency services, with a particular focus and knowledge of warehouse distribution facilities and the Indianapolis Northeast submarket. I have played an integral role in various industrial transactions within the extended Indianapolis market, providing a range of services including: creating and implementing marketing plans; providing market overviews and financial analysis; and assisting with facility relocations, building acquisitions, and lease negotiations. I feel that my attention to detail and focus on client needs enables me to successfully serve as an extension of our clients’ real estate team and leverage market knowledge.

Prior to joining brokerage, I interned for Summit Realty Group. During the internship, my focus was to enhance key broker and client tools, including a complete re-inventory and revamp of the firm’s Industrial real estate database. That experience provided an invaluable foundation that I now leverage to apply the same level of thoroughness and diligent approach toward client assignments.

My interest include golf, swimming, and running.
