As a member of Colliers International’s Advisory and Brokerage Services Division, I work on behalf of clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of industrial and office properties. As a 32 year veteran of the company, I have completed over 1,000 transactions with an aggregate lease/sale consideration in excess of $1 billion and consistently ranks among the top performers with Colliers.
I use my experience and extensive market knowledge to provide strategic real estate solutions to warehouse/distribution/logistics and office clients including corporate relocation, client representation, build to suit advisory services, acquisition, disposition, and leasing services.
Everything I do is centered around gaining and keeping the client’s trust. The goal of the real estate process is to accomplish the client’s objectives financially, operationally, and qualitatively and to structure a solution the makes real estate a contributor to long term corporate success.
I worked on behalf of COKeM International in the leasing of their 160,000 square foot headquarters and distribution center and recently represented them for an additional 162,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space.
I completed lease negotiations for MVP Logistics 214,000 square foot warehouse/distribution space to serve as a base for their Minneapolis/St. Paul operations. Subsequently, I represented MVP in the leasing of 110,000 square feet in Houston, Texas which has since been expanded by an additional 27,000 square feet.
Additionally, I worked on behalf of Murphy Warehouse Company in their purchase of a 350,000 square foot distribution property in Eagan, MN. This property will serve as a full-scale logistics campus to serve the south Twin Cities metro area and southern Minnesota. I also worked on behalf of Murphy to lease 50,000 square feet in north Kansas City to serve existing and potential clients in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. Murphy has since leased an additional 550,000 square feet in Kansas City to bring their total square footage to 600,000 square feet.
