Professional Summary

As Managing Director and Principal of Colliers’ New Hampshire offices, my responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of our firm and its continued growth and position within our marketplace.  In this role, my primary goal is to provide a working environment that allows our brokers and staff to deliver to our clients the highest level of service available in our industry.

One way to meet the above goal is to “practice what I preach” by advocating for my clients to the best of my ability. That means putting my 25+ years of experience - including my understanding of the business, the people, and the market - to work on every assignment I undertake.

One of the great things about the commercial real estate industry is that no two deals are the same. I enjoy the challenge of being involved with complex, multi-layered projects that require me to continually build upon my understanding of the business. Strategizing and solving a real “game-changer” for a client is my favorite part of what I do.  I am particularly interested in working on investment opportunities, development and redevelopment projects, and with assisting industrial and office users in finding the perfect real estate solutions for their business plan.

I am fortunate to work with a group of professionals who complement my knowledge of commercial real estate so that, working collaboratively, we are able to provide informed and innovative real estate solutions. This team approach means we work quickly and efficiently on a variety of assignments at any given time.

Prior to my commercial real estate career, I worked in Sales for Xerox Corp. and was an attorney (still licensed, but not practicing).

BAE Systems, Inc. | As part of a national team servicing this client, negotiated multiple transactions in the Greater Nashua area.

Catholic Medical Center | Involved with multiple medical office lease transactions and corporate-wide strategic planning.

AutoFair | Involved with multiple transactions totaling over $10 million, including negotiating favorable terms on a long-term lease for its Nissan dealership in Chelmsford, MA, and the acquisition of its corporate headquarters in Manchester, NH.

Pegasystems Inc. | Involved with multiple transactions, totaling nearly 60,000 SF, including a sizable expansion as well as a lease renewal which secured more favorable terms.

Manulife | Negotiated a 100,000 SF lease renewal. Reduced occupancy cost by 15% and increased term and contract flexibility.

Autodesk | Negotiated a 40,000 SF lease renewal. Decreased lease rate by 10% and increased tenant improvement allowance by $5.00 PSF.

Liberty Companies | Negotiated multiple transactions involving the leasing, acquisition/ disposition, and positioning of real estate assets, totaling more than $50 million.

R.J. Finlay & Co. | Negotiated 2 long-term leases at 160 South River Road in Bedford, NH to Catholic Medical Center, which leased 11,000 SF, and Derry Medical Center, with 18,000 SF. The building’s vacancy rate for several years was close to 85% and is now 100% leased to premium medical tenants, turning “The 160 Building at Bedford Crossing” into a premier medical office center.

JTT Associates and INNOVATIVE Products & Equipment, Inc. | Represented JTT Associates (Seller) and assisted INNOVATIVE Products & Equipment, Inc. (Buyer) in the sale of a 75,000 SF industrial facility for $4 million.
