Testimonials

“I want to thank Bob Parsley in connection with the lease of our office  space. In the past, we had always negotiated our own lease and did not believe we needed the assistance of a real estate professional to assist us in negotiating and analyzing the various alternatives that were available to use. As a result, we never got all the issues resolved and there were always issues that were not satisfactorily completed. Bob is a knowledgeable tenant rep who possesses a unique understanding of the office market, based on both his own experience as a practicing attorney and in his representation of various other law firms in the market. That was evident in the  negotiations on our behalf with the landlord.” William E. Junell, Jr., Co- Managing Partner Schwartz Junell Greenberg & Oathout, L.L.P.
