As Managing Director of Colliers’ Maine office, my responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations in the office and fostering continued growth and market share in the state of Maine.
I specialize in many sectors of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, and investment sales. My previous experience in residential real estate has translated well to multifamily and mixed-use investment properties.
I became a licensed real estate professional in Maine in 2007, but I grew up with a father in residential development and have really been around it my whole life. I have extensive experience in client negotiations, as well as a background in construction, project management, and land development.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a partner at Cardente Real Estate. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from Eckerd College. In my early years, I attended Cheverus High School, where I developed strong networking and personal ties to the Portland community. I still reside in Portland with my wife, Ali, and maintain strong relationships with both alma maters.
I specialize in all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate. With a background in investment management and commercial construction, I bring a unique and practical advisory approach to each real estate transaction.
Being a part of the Colliers team, coupled with my local market knowledge, gives me access to an extensive amount of resources and collaboration with experienced professionals in every aspect of commercial real estate. This allows me to best serve my clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a sales associate at Cardente Real Estate where I began learning the many facets of transactional brokerage. Before beginning my career in commercial real estate, I was a financial advisor at Royal Bank of Canada and later at James Lamb & Associates, where I managed $100M+ in client assets. Prior to entering the financial industry, I worked with Hanlon Construction (now NH Custom Builder) specializing in the construction and management of residential and commercial projects within southern New Hampshire and a large multi-unit development in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in Marketing and Management with a minor in International Business, focusing on Asian markets.
I grew up in Vermont and currently reside in Portland with my wife, Laura.
