Bing's focus is Corporate Real Estate: lease, investment, finance, and advisory services. He has developed a broad background in commercial real estate having earned firsthand experience in virtually all facets of commercial real estate. His experience includes corporate facility leasing and advisory services, investment property and land sales, consulting, oversight of institutional grade acquisitions, and market analyses for a variety of property types. As a current member of the Appraisal Institute, Bing also holds the MAI designation.
Bing joined the Colliers Investment Services Group in 2003. He previously served a private investment fund as its acquisitions officer, sourcing numerous opportunistic acquisitions exceeding $225,000,000. Such projects included office, R&D, and industrial developments in the Western states. Prior roles included working with the Real Estate Industries Group of SRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute). As a national real estate consultant, he provided a variety of technical services for private and public sector clients, including economic impact assessments and other relevant economic studies. He provided feasibility analyses for retail, residential, office, and industrial properties as well as specialty developments including performing arts facilities, sports arenas, stadiums, convention centers, and other public sector projects. As a proven industry expert, the aggregate value of his transaction history is well over $800,000,000.
