Bill Pendergist is a vice president of brokerage with Colliers International | Arkansas. His primary responsibilities include brokerage in sales and leasing transactions; and representing owners, user, and investors for a plethora of commercial real estate categories including office, retail, industrial, land, and multi-family developments. In his career of 15 years, he has assisted clients in completing over $120 million in transactional value. His energetic approach and analytical processes deliver engaging results to clients. Bill strives to be a servant-leader in all areas of life – home, business, and community. He is thankful for his wife and four young children who keep him motivated to work hard and have fun along the way.
Education
After graduating Lyon College in 2005 with a double major in Business Administration and Economics, Bill began his CRE career at Flake & Kelley Commercial in 2005 while completing a MBA at University of Central Arkansas. Bill had many responsibilities at F&K including spending three years in Fayetteville, Arkansas establishing a branch office for the firm, and returned to his hometown of Little Rock in 2009, and later become a partner of F&K in 2013. Bill joined the Colliers International team in 2020 as VP of Brokerage.
