As executive managing director of Integrated Client Services for the Southwest Region of Corporate Solutions, Bill Owens has specialized in transaction and corporate real estate portfolio account management on both a national and global level for tenants and corporate end users since joining Colliers in 1988.
Bill plays a key role in managing the team’s daily operations, involving tenant representation, transaction management, portfolio management, consulting and related advisory services. His experience and extensive market knowledge enable him to deliver the highest level of service to clients in all facets of their corporate real estate endeavors, which includes managing requirements for new locations, renewals and dispositions, as well as containment of overall real estate costs within client portfolios.
In an era where we are regularly being faced with new challenges in the real estate market, Bill proactively explores industry trends and market conditions from all angles to ensure his clients have the information needed to capture opportunities that will demonstrate value in their real estate projects and investments. He knows how to improve risk-adjusted returns by managing operating costs and maximizing the client’s occupancy experience.

She leverages the Colliers global services platform across 66 countries to serve my clients’ best interests. During her tenure, she was responsible for the integration of 20+ software company acquisitions, totaling $16 billion.
As vice president of IBM Strategic Partnerships, Marybeth created a corporate model for cloud and artificial intelligence transformation projects. As vice president of business analytics for Asia Pacific at IBM, she led teams in Shanghai and Singapore, serving key financial, manufacturing, and oil and gas clients.
