Bill brings more than 30 years of diversified real estate and business background to his approach to representing building owners. With more than 1,000 lease transactions completed on behalf of owners in San Francisco and Houston, he employs versatile, innovative approaches to creating, managing, and executing programs that target client and tenant needs to meet and exceed desired results. Bill's primary focus is on office leasing and he has significant experience with industrial properties as well.
Bill’s approach to the business of commercial real estate ownership representation is that of a transaction-oriented and relationship-based self-starter. He employs an alert eye for identifying and executing pathways to capitalize on opportunities to reach goals by using effective sales/marketing, analytical, management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Bill earned his CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. In his work for property owners, he has consistently outperformed market occupancy rates as exemplified by his work on behalf of Granite Properties, Inc. where he reached and maintained 99% occupancy on a five building multi-tenant office portfolio totaling ~ 1M SF.

Blake represents the interests of office building owners and users in a strategic and effective manner. A Houston native with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has developed direct expertise in marketing, research, finance and transaction negotiation skills. Blake’s extensive transaction history represents more than $300 million in volume totaling 450 transactions. He has consistently averaged more than 60 transactions a year totaling 2 million square feet.
Blake’s comprehensive approach focuses solely on his client’s goals. His clients often cite his diligent approach to projects both large and small. Through thorough financial and strategic marketing plans, Blake delivers proven results to his clients both on a local and national level. Blake’s clients say his urgency, result-driven focus and timely response have brought measurable economic value to their office properties.
Blake has been recognized by REDNews as a “Rising Star” in 2012. He has earned both the SIOR and CCIM designations. Prior to joining Colliers, Blake was with Caldwell Companies where he was a consistent top producer and achieved the largest closed transaction in 2018. He is the former Houston President of the Aggie Real Estate Network, and is an active member of SIOR, NAIOP, CCIM, Pi Kappa Phi Housing Corporation, and Houston's First Baptist Church.

Director of Market Research
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research and has 37 years of commercial real estate experience. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually, including quarterly reports on Houston's retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials supporting the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers Editorial Board, the Colliers U.S. Research Council, and is a recipient of the Colliers Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Director, Financial Analytics
Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:
- lease renewal and relocation comparisons
- mid-term lease renegotiations (“blend and extend”)
- lease buyouts
- sublease disposition/recovery
- build-to-suit vs. design-build
- lease vs. buy
- own vs. sale/leaseback
- landlord net effective rate
- discounted cash flows
Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Pat is the managing director of brokerage services in Houston for Colliers. Pat has more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate as a producing broker, educator, sales manager and managing broker. Pat relocated to Houston from Florida where he served as President of the Colliers offices in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida.
Pat started his career as Director of Marketing for a real estate data base company where he spent three years interviewing top brokerage houses throughout the United States and assisted in their automation needs as a consultant and instructor. As President of the Colliers Houston office, he has direct responsibility for recruiting, training and managing the sales and leasing teams, property management and business plan creation and coordination for the company.
Pat was responsible for building and organizing retail service delivery capabilities for Colliers worldwide as chairman of the Colliers Retail Specialty Group (96-2000, 2002-2013). Pat is also a founding member of the Colliers Oil and Gas practice group. Among his academic accomplishments, Pat wrote the capstone case study for the CCIM program's final course offering from 1986 - 1998. The case study combined the marketing and financial concepts taught by CCIM to allow the students to apply the material to a simulated commercial property disposition.
He has been an instructor for NACORE’s (now CORENET) Intermediate Finance Course and was awarded the Top-Rated Faculty Certificate in 2000. Pat has been quoted in national and regional publications including the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Newsweek, Real Estate Forum, National Real Estate Investor, Globe Street and others. He has been an expert panelist for NAIOP, Real Share, ICSC and many other real estate organizations.
Pat has served as a member (and Chairman) of the Colliers Managers Steering committee, the Board of Directors for Colliers USA and is the past Chairman of the Colliers USA Board of Advisors. In 2003, Pat was awarded Colliers Manager of the Year. In 2004, he was chosen by Colliers as the Tom Richardson Award recipient, an honor based on strength of character. In 2012, Pat was chosen as the recipient of the Colliers USA Pinnacle Award for service excellence. Pat is the only person in Colliers to win all three of these awards. He served as an instructor for Colliers University 2010-14. In 2017 Pat was recognized as a “Best Boss” by Real Estate Forum magazine.
Client Services Coordinator
Elizabeth Young joined Colliers International as a member of the Office Services Group. She brings more than 11 years of experience to our team. Elizabeth’s experience is primarily in landlord representation. As a Client Services Coordinator, Elizabeth is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials for listings, market research, site tour coordination, tracking deals and client support.
Elizabeth’s real estate experience prior to Colliers was also focused on landlord representation leasing with some tenant representation as well as procuring new leasing assignments. She worked closely with a research team, marketing team and experienced executives and brokers to find new leasing opportunities and created specific marketing pieces and research compilations to aid in gaining new leasing assignments.
In addition to her real estate role, Elizabeth also served as an executive assistant to a senior broker and was also responsible for maintaining supplies and office equipment at the on-campus leasing office.
Through her previous positions, Elizabeth has gained valuable experience in office leasing. She has worked with teams to lease both small buildings as well as campuses with more than 1.5 million square feet. She has worked with both small, private owners and institutional owners giving her a broad understanding of how processes can vary among throughout the industry.
Elizabeth is experienced in Microsoft products, design products such as Adobe Creative Suite and is tech savvy and research minded. Her ability to remain calm while on a deadline and her positive attitude are just a few examples of how she supports clients both internally and externally.
