As an intern for Colliers Cleveland, I work on the Breckner/Toomey Industrial team. In this position, I bring attention to detail, strategic organizational solutions, and risk management experience to better help my team drive sales and lease completions through Northeast Ohio.
During my time at Colliers, I hope to hone my understanding of the industrial clientele, its needs, and how my legal training can be useful within the commercial real estate field.
Accomplishments
Before starting at Colliers Cleveland, I earned my BA in Philosopy and Political Science at Asbury University. Since graduation, I have started a JD/MBA/MA program at Case Western Reserve Univeristy to study business law, risk management, and corporate compliance. In my time as a student, I have worked in wealth management and property transfer as a law clerk for Hallett Legal Group, LLC., drafting trusts and estate documents. My experience also includes an internship in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio with Magistrate Judge Baughman. Through this experience, I have been able to further my understanding of legal writing, risk management for businesses, and property transfer protection.

As Senior Vice President in the Cleveland Industrial Services Group, Tim provides real estate solutions to property and business owners throughout Northeast Ohio. He takes a 'hands on' approach with clients to create and implement specific strategy based on market knowledge and 21+ years of experience in sales and leasing of commercial property.
After graduating early with a degree in finance from DePaul University, Chicago, Conor was offered the opportunity to bring his expertise to Colliers as a Senior Associate with the Colliers Industrial Market Team. As a Senior Associate of the Cleveland Industrial Services Group, Conor works with owners and users of industrial assets to provide real estate solutions throughout Northeast Ohio. Conor takes pride in employing his financial skills and unique in-house marketing capabilities to immediately create value for his clients. Conor’s number one concern is that your project goals are communicated consistently and clearly while efficiently executing on your project goals.
