Professional Summary
Beth Halvorsen is Executive Managing Director for Colliers International in Seattle leading our Puget Sound brokerage operations. In this role, she is responsible for driving strategic direction, growth and performance in the region including Agency Leasing and Occupier Services.
Beth brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate leadership, growth and business development experience to Colliers. Beth’s diverse background includes roles on the principal side as an Asset Manager for TA Associates Realty in Boston, on the Occupier side running a significant portion of Fidelity’s National Real Estate Portfolio and as a service provider including leading CBRE’s Pacific Northwest management services portfolio of over 50 million square feet of where she focused on fostering relationships with the firm’s institutional clients. Before joining Colliers Beth worked as an independent consultant within the real estate industry for the past two years.
Accomplishments
Beth was featured in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s June, 2018 Women Who Lead. She was a 2019 Cohort for OnBoarding Women, is a member of the International Women’s Forum and over her career she has been awarded and recognized as an industry leader and an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in the industry. Beth was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the Power 100 - Most Powerful Influential Business People in Washington for 2020.
Education
Beth earned her Bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College.

Beth is an active participant in industry organizations such as CCIM, NAIOP, BOMA and CREW and is currently a Board Director for Bellevue LifeSpring, a non-profit fostering food and shelter stability for children.
