Digital Marketing Specialist
Becca joined Colliers | Wisconsin in May of 2022 as the Digital Marketing Specialist for their Design and Analytics (DNA) team. With a background in website design, CRM management and social media strategy, she works to elevate the online presence and brand identity of the organization. Becca comes from the nonprofit sector, having spent nearly five years working in community partnerships and digital marketing at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. With a creative background in public relations and professional photography, Becca focuses on brand development through polished content and strategic messaging. In her previous role, Becca led the implementation of HubSpot CRM, Sales and CMS technology in an effort to increase lead generation and build strong followings across social platforms while simultaneously engaging existing and prospective students. She draws on her creative background and skills as a digital strategist to highlight the culture and expertise that Colliers | Wisconsin brings to the market.

Jack joined the Colliers | Wisconsin Design & Analytics team in the spring of 2020. Initially serving as the firms Marketing Coordinator, his role shifted to Creative Specialist in the Spring of 2022. Throughout his time at Colliers, Jack has been integral in the growth of the organizations creative offerings – reinforcing the firm’s commitment to industry best marketing services. Acting as the in-house design and creative expert, Jack assists a statewide team of more than 200 real estate professionals.
While earning his degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Jack focused on developing his design and marketing skills, with interest in utilizing his talents in the commercial real estate world. Initially working in a more general marketing role, Jack showed a solid understanding of design and possessed a willingness to learn new skills and use new technology. As his knowledge of the industry grew, his prowess as a designer and skilled creative became increasingly relevant and sought-after. At present, Jack focuses on asset specific print and digital brochures, photography and videography, large format graphics, copywriting for internal and external marketing and general companywide creative oversight. He works closely with the brokerage team, but provides additional support to the property management, architecture and design, and construction teams.
With a strong understanding of the industry, and a boundless amount of creative energy and ideas, Jack provides an invaluable set of skills to both his team and the clients he works with.
Real Estate Research Analyst
Jake Best is a Research Analyst within Colliers | Wisconsin’s Design and Analytics Team. Jake began as an intern at Colliers in 2021 focusing on the construction side until he found his niche in Research and Analytics. While earning his degrees in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University, Jake was an executive board member for 3 years at Marquette’s Commercial Real Estate Program. Upon graduation in spring of 2022, Jake joined Colliers fulltime and quickly proved his willingness to learn, his research/analytical skills, technological skills and financial skills. Jake is directly responsible for preparing quarterly market reports for Fox Valley and Madison while specializing in the industrial and office sectors of commercial real estate. Jake works closely with the brokerage team and provides support, research, and analytics to ensure exceptional customer service to our clients. With diverse financial and commercial real estate experience, as well as a vast knowledge of the industry, Jake is an asset to his team and the clients he works with.
Director of Marketing & Research
Margaret leads Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing and Research Group. In her role, Margaret is responsible for the creation of business development and marketing materials, oversees the marketing, research and analytics platform, providing interpretation and analysis of market trends to bolster the efforts of our advisors and clients. In addition, Margaret is responsible for leading the overall vision of the marketing and research platform, including its conversion to a distinct service line within our family of companies. Stepping outside of the traditional marketing and research role, Margaret’s team analyzes, interprets and presents data holistically in effort to guide more effective decision making for real estate owners, end users and community members.
Brittany is a Marketing Assistant on Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing & Research team. In her role, Brittany provides marketing and administrative support to the Marketing, Property Management and Brokerage teams.
Prior to joining the Colliers team, Brittany served as Marketing and Membership Coordinator at NAIOP Wisconsin. While at NAIOP, Brittany built relationships with a wide array of commercial real estate professionals while hosting events in both Milwaukee and Madison areas. Her previous experience of commercial real estate and affiliations with industry professionals makes her a unique asset to the Colliers Marketing & Research team. As a member of the Colliers team, Brittany is responsible for managing and assisting with projects for corporate marketing and meeting the marketing needs of real estate advisors, managers and clients. She is responsible for both standard marketing techniques as well as creating new marketing concepts and platforms appropriate for the Property Management and Brokerage teams. Additionally, Brittany is involved with the coordination of Residential Property Campaigns, these tasks include social media, google ad words, and SEO.
Brittany utilizes her diverse marketing and commercial real estate background to connect with a variety of internal and external teams, all while providing seamless project continuity.
Senior Research Analyst
Joe is a Research Analyst within Colliers | Wisconsin’s Research and Analytics Group. In his role, Joe maintains, gathers, and analyzes information across different sets of data to help inform decisions within the company and provide both internal and client-facing research and marketing materials. Some of his specific roles include assisting in the production of quarterly reports and client presentations, as well as managing all internal databases, ensuring that the information is current and easily accessible.
