Barbara has worked on deals of all sizes from a few thousand feet to the disposition of a million square feet . Her client have included companies like Thyssen Krupp, Cooper Standard Automotive, GM, Delphi, Chrysler and Central MI University to name a few. Barbara's has completed over a billion dollars in transaction volume around the country and world.
Barbara has managed the offices and brokers of the firms she worked with. In addition she managed the transactions, leasing, lease admistration and business development of over 15,000,000 feet for a large developer.

Corporate Real Estate executive with over 28 years of experience managing all aspects of real estate for corporations, investors, developers and institutions. Specifically, John helps occupiers of real estate develop and execute their corporate strategy. Career highlights include:
- Completed over $1 billion in assignments in 46 states and over 40 countries consisting of new leases, lease renewals, consulting, building and land sales.
- Designed and implemented lease administration services for numerous multinational public and private clients.
- Directed project management services for construction projects ranging from ground-up build-to-suit to interior tenant improvement projects.
- Provided financial analysis for projects including transaction comparisons, lease vs. buys and sale/leasebacks.
- Developed and implemented customized solutions for public and private clients leased and owned portfolios to align with their real estate and business objectives.
John is an Executive Vice President with Colliers International. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a founding Principal of the office division at Signature Associates. He has consistently been a top producer in the field with significant expertise on both the agency side and in the occupier space.
John Fricke’s real estate career spans more than 30 years, successfully completing real estate acquisitions and dispositions for clients across the nation. He has an extensive background in the office, educational, medical, financial service, automotive supplier, research and technology sectors. John is currently the primary account manager on several large institutional clients and has done work for several state universities including Michigan State University and the University of Michigan, large health care organizations such as St. Joseph Mercy Hospital System and Michigan Medicine, and automotive suppliers such as BorgWarner, Bosch and MAHLE Group. John has also been extremely successful on agency side assignments including representing ownership of the Fairlane Mall in Dearborn on a 240,000 square foot lease with Ford Motor Company in 2016 and John led the team that for over twenty years consistently kept the 600,000 square foot Oakland Towne Square at well over 90% occupied.
