I specialize in office leasing and investment sales, working alongside Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen. Our team’s exclusive focus on office transactions allows us to be experts in our field, providing specialized knowledge to our clients’ office needs.
The most rewarding part of my job is building relationships with clients that don’t end after a transaction is complete. We feel our team’s strengths in financial modeling, marketing and data/technology, combined with a positive attitude, responsiveness and focus on customer service, provide a world-class experience for clients.

Education
I graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a minor in Accounting.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager for a major bank in Atlanta, GA supporting the Institutional Private Capital team. I specialized in underwriting senior secured debt to construct, acquire or refinance investment-grade real estate with a primary focus on multifamily, office and industrial assets. I also managed a portfolio of approximately 25 real estate loans with an outstanding loan balance of $2+ billion. My underwriting background helps me understand modeling of cash flows and how prospective transactions impact the valuation of an asset.

As a native of Greenville, I’m thrilled to contribute to the growth of the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson region through my work and community involvement. I actively serve on the board of the nonprofit Just Say Something, I am a member of Leadership Greenville Class 49, and participate in the United Way of Greenville County’s Young Leaders Society. I’m also very passionate about Clemson athletics and love to stay involved with the University through Tiger Ties, a mentoring program for students in the Powers School of Business.

I specialize in the leasing and sale of office properties in the Greenville, SC market and represent both landlords and tenants as a broker and Vice President of Colliers in the Greenville office.
My primary role is that of a trusted partner and representative for private equity groups and national REITS in the management of their real estate portfolios in the Upstate of South Carolina (Greenville-Spartanburg).
Alongside my partners and fellow office specialists, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison, I deliver comprehensive strategies and innovative solutions to guide our clients towards making smart decisions for their business and meeting their real estate goals.
Together, we bring more than 30 years of combined experience to our brokerage platform, offering assistance with property acquisition/disposition, repositioning, location analysis, lease negotiation and more.
We have a unique perspective on effective strategies for branding and positioning assets in a portfolio and maximizing the value and potential of each property.
Our team’s combination of innovative property marketing, financial analysis and thoughtful, comprehensive leasing strategies provide a blueprint of success for our clients, resulting in more than 1.5 million square feet of office properties leased in the Greenville market. Since 2015, our team has also completed more than $500 million in transactional volume, making us a top choice for office landlords and tenants throughout the Upstate.
As a Vice President in the Greenville, SC office, I specialize in office leasing and sales. My primary responsibility is to represent local ownership entities, private equity groups and national REITS on their real estate portfolio in the Greenville-Spartanburg market, also known as the Upstate. Working through acquisitions, repositioning, leasing and disposition, our team delivers innovative solutions to both landlord and tenants alike.
My strength is providing creative solutions to our firm’s clients, including landlords, tenants and investors by incorporating local expertise while leveraging the Colliers platform.
