Anthony Palma joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in 2015. He has significant experience in the preparation of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies and market studies. Since 2004, Mr. Palma has been focused on the real estate industry and in the preparation of appraisals for all commercial property types. He has extensive experience
covering all multi-family assets including affordable housing (LIHTC, Section 8), student housing, and all other multi- family properties.
