Anna graduated from California State University San Marcos, majoring in Human Development with an emphasis in Psychology. Prior to working at Colliers, she worked for a Consulting Company for over 7 years as a Senior Accounts Operations Manager, managing accounts throughout California like Charlotte Russe, Tri City Medical Center, and Kraft. She started working for Colliers International in December 2014 as the Office Manager of the Carlsbad office. In March 2015, she became the Operations Manager San Diego Region. Anna is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing current processes and procedures, and ensuring that the region is running efficiently in all support services.

Lorita is responsible for overall adminstrative and marketing support for 7 brokers in the Central San Diego office, with specialties ranging in Industrial, Residentail Care Facility, and Investment.

Rose Mancilla has been assisting in sales and leasing of commercial properties within the Colliers organization since June 2011. She is also a California state licensed real estate Salesperson. Rose is involved with business development support; specifically responsible for maintaining all marketing materials, marketing reports and assisting with the production of requests for proposals and requests for qualification submittals. Ascertaining likely hurdles for development & entitlement as well as determining the untapped potential of the property. Erin has a long history in the home building community and deep roots in development industry. She has been a project manager for both public and private homebuilders and has been active in the political community. Erin cultivates short term and long term strategies for the profitability of property and has a strong understanding of the entitlement process.
Senior Client Services Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Client Services Coordinator, I am responsible for the administrative and overall operational support for a group of ten brokers and currently serve as a member of the US Administrative Advisory Board for Colliers International. I support brokers who specialize in commercial real estate throughout San Diego County. Assisting in sales and leasing of multi-family property investments, office and retail buildings.
Since 1996, I have consistently achieved success in assisting both internal and external commercial real estate (CRE) clients by providing them with timely and accurate market statistics, trend analysis and relevant reporting.
My goal is to continuously work toward efficient and better ways to accelerate the success of clients.
My specialties include commercial real estate (CRE) market research, statistics, data and analysis; database administration; geographic information systems (GIS); marketing and reporting.
Senior Research Analyst
I joined Colliers International in 2000 as a research analyst, and quickly advanced to a senior analyst. In this capacity I help in the production of quarterly statistical reports, I also manage our proprietary lease comp database, which contains historical data on over 33,000 commercial leases in San Diego county. I also provide timely, reliable data including available space surveys, market trend analysis, demographic reporting, traffic counts and sales lead data.

As a licensed real estate agent, she is involved in the creation of her team's marketing pieces and assists with the production of proposals and other leasing material.
Senior Client Services Specialist
I am a licensed real estate salesperson and joined Colliers International in 2015 after moving from the east coast in search of my life's next great adventure. I specialize in leasing and marketing industrial and office properties for lease and for sale in Poway, and I also work on select industrial projects in Carlsbad. Prior to my move to San Diego, I emersed myself in my work for Simon and Schuster, one of the largest book publishers, for nine years. My prior role as Contact Center Supervisor, primarily resolving and monitoring B2B transactions for some of the industries largest clients, ingrained within me the importance of truly understanding each client's business needs. I am tuned into the impacts of each transaction, no matter the size, and the importance of a solid strategy and a well-considered response.
I work with a talented team of top-producing brokers whose specialities range from industrial leasing and sales and land sales to office leasing and sales, from the I-15 Corridor to the North County San Diego coastal markets. When I finally pull myself away from my work, I rush home to my far-too-patient husband, John, our one year-old daughter, Juniper, and our Boston terrier pup.

Senior Graphic Designer, Southwest Region
Christina Murray works for the Soutwest Region as a Senior Graphic Designer who specializes in print\digital design, web design and video post-production. She began her career in commercial real estate back in 2011, working on a varying range of marketing needs for brokerage professionals in support of their business development goals in a collaborative environment with other members of the in-house marketing team. Christina works to implement high level design work made to impress and generate business. She is dedicated to the growth of Colliers and learning the newest trends and techniques that will elevate the level of marketing materials being delivered. She obtained her CPMC in September of 2017, working to build and develop her strategic and tactical expertise in marketing.
Prior to joining Colliers, Christina has worked in CRE with Cassidy Turley, where she served as the Sergeant at Arms for the local Toastmaster chapter ran in the Cassidy Turley office. During her time as a graphic designer, she went back to school and obtained a certificate in web design to supplement her graphic design degree, which led her to Colliers.

I am a skilled marketer and strategist with over ten years of commercial real estate experience. My education and experience in marketing and commercial real estate offer a unique skill set that delivers forward-thinking marketing and business strategies. As Senior Marketing Manager for Colliers' U.S. Business Development Center, I partner with brokers, national service line leadership, and regional leadership in developing effective pursuit strategies to grow our company's market share.
Before joining the Business Development Center, I served as Marketing Manager for the Colliers San Diego Region and Interim Marketing Manager for the company's Arizona Region. I partnered with brokers to assist with new business pursuits, brand creation, content delivery, client relationships, and developing new marketing strategies. I also oversaw the Marketing Department for both regions, which offered an extensive list of in-house services that include graphic design, branding, web design, and video production. Our teams worked closely with brokers and clients, asking insightful questions and requesting feedback to ensure the team delivered avant-garde marketing and branding materials to Colliers' internal and external clients. Additionally, I worked closely with the San Diego leadership team and assisted with recruiting new talent and developing new processes.
As Regional Marketing Ambassador for the Southwest Region for the Colliers Centers of Excellence (CCOE), I collaborated with regional and national leaders to apply new tools and resources in our region. Together, with the Regional Research Ambassador, we led a team of subject matter experts that adopted initiatives and generated tools to be implemented throughout the United States.
The knowledge I have gained throughout my tenure in commercial real estate is multifaceted. In addition to a strong marketing foundation, my commerical real estate experience also includes handling the operations and leasing activity of a sizable Class A office portfolio, facilitating deal coordination for capital markets transactions, conducting lease analyses, and analyzing data for reporting purposes. I also hold a California Real Estate Salesperson license.

Her Marketing experience includes marketing communications, marketing strategy development, market research, product marketing, social media, e-mail marketing, advertising/PR, with hands on experience developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans, creating marketing material and content for web, digital, social media and print.
