Tim Mashburn is a Principal at Colliers International | Asset Services in Memphis and specializes in leasing of industrial properties throughout the Mid-South. His key clients are some of the largest institutional owners and corporate users in the country.
During Tim’s career, he has had the opportunity to represent office, retail and industrial product lines for both tenants and landlords alike. However, Tim now primarily focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial properties. He has developed long-term relationships with many of Colliers’ institutional clients and has demonstrated his expertise to successfully represent their portfolios.
Tim appreciates the importance of fully understanding his clients’ needs. He works closely with property managers to ensure the preservation of capital and maximum value for his clients’ properties. This role enables a smooth transition from lease negotiations, to construction supervision, to the management of the asset.
