As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, Angie partners with commercial real estate brokers in the production of high quality marketing materials to market their property listings. With more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate, her skills include digital marketing and property research.
Prior to joining Colliers, Angie served as a Marketing Specialist with South Florida Neurosurgery and previously was a Marketing Coordinator with Cohen Commercial Realty, Inc. She was responsible for creating and updating marketing materials, managing their social media presence, and drafting external communications.

Bob's proven experience, coupled with his trademark problem-solving, ensures that he is bringing forth creative solutions to address his clients’ business objectives.
Bob has completed more than six million square feet of leases, valued in excess of $750 million along with sales valued at over $115 million throughout his career. Bob's reputation of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail that enables him to deliver a superior level of service and expertise to clients is also one of the factors supporting his long-term relationship with many clients.
Bob's experience is drawn from years spent with several other well-known commercial real estate brokerage firms. Before joining Colliers, he most recently served as the Managing Principal and Executive Vice President of DTZ where he established the South Florida brokerage operations. Prior to that Bob was a Principal and Executive Vice President at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. While at NAI he also served as the Southeast Chair of the NAI Office Council and was a repeated member of NAI’s Gold Club, which recognizes top producers. In 2008, he was inducted into the NAI Hall of Fame and won an award that acknowledges individuals who have done the most to foster the growth of business between NAI firms.
Bob serves on the executive cabinet of the American Heart Association where he captains a team in the Palm Beach Heart Walk.

Kevin I. Morris is the leader of Colliers Affordable Housing Group. This specialty division is active across the country brokering in the disposition and acquisition of affordable housing complexes coast to coast. Kevin brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to Colliers South Florida. Collectively the group has over 60 years of experience.
For the past fifteen years, Kevin has narrowed his specialty, focusing on affordable housing property transactions. He has experience closing a broad range of project-based deals, including the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP Contract), Rural Development (RD 515), and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) which included both General Partner interest transfers and fee simple sales.

Sean Old is an Advisor with the Wesley Capital Team at Colliers, working out of Boca Raton, Florida.
Since joining Colliers in 2017, Mr. Old has been involved in over $250 million in investment real estate transactions and $55 million in transitional land developments across 4,000 acres within major Florida markets.
Throughout his career, Sean has been blessed to work alongside nationally recognized top producers at Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark. He has assisted the sale, lease or listing of ±3.0 million square feet of office and industrial space and ±$300 million in transactions of Manufactured Home Parks and RV Resorts.
Since 1986, I have worked consistently in the South Florida commercial real estate market. In my 30+ year career, I have leased or sold millions of square feet of commercial property with an aggregate value well in excess of $1 billion. Over the years, I have represented such companies as Humana, Prudential, Nortel, H & R Block, State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, LNR and the State of Florida, just to name a few.
Prior to reuniting with Colliers International in July 2000, 15 years after my affiliation with their sister firm in Philadelphia, Colliers L & A, I served as Senior Vice President and partner in the Newman Group, and then, in 1990, I established Equivest Properties, Inc. I was responsible for all of the company’s growth and development, including the procurement of agency assignments for office, industrial, retail, and investment property, tenant representation and training of additional salespeople. In July 2000, I merged my company, Equivest Properties, with Colliers International.

As Senior Director, I have in-depth experience in the South Florida marketplace with a focus on landlord and tenant representation primarily in the retail environment. I have been active in the South Florida commercial market for more than 30 years, consummating numerous sales of single and multi-tenant retail properties as well as multi-tenant office and industrial buildings. Leveraging my knowledge of the market, I am able to better assist my clients in defining the best strategies and solutions for both owners and tenants in the retail sector. After working extensively with clients in sourcing their desired locations, I have established relationships with national tenants that include Cricket Wireless, Dollar General, Tropical Smoothie Café, Clothes Mentor, Clutch Coffee, Northland Hearing Centers and More Space Place.
I am also active in the sale and acquisition of land for development and leasing of retail real estate, working with developers of properties for numerous national tenants such as Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General, TD Bank, Chevron and RaceTrac.
Prior to transitioning to brokerage, I gained an extensive background in the commercial financing industry through working in the family-owned commercial mortgage banking and development business, Robert Wilmoth & Associates in Palm Beach, Florida. During my tenure with the company I was actively involved in all aspects of the production and closing of investment grade commercial and real estate development loans. I also served as the Portfolio manager for the $300 million pool of mortgage loans generated by the company with both life insurance companies and pension funds.
I am actively involved in the local arts community and serve on the Board of the Benzaiten Center for Creative Arts. My community involvement has also lead me to serve on both the Art in Public Places Board and the Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals in the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
