Accomplishments
Angela stepped away from the Real estate business to pursue a career in the Health insurance industry. There she became a licensed Health insurance broker and supported a team of Directors in Health insurance consulting where they specialized in coverage transition for retirees and private insurance for individuals and families.
Angela had originally joined Colliers in 2018 as a Client Services Coordinator with the Interstate Tenant Team. Where she handled many aspects of client relations, including transaction management for the team. Angela is also responsible for the coordination of marketing materials, sales proposals, PSA due diligence, and various other deliverables to help gain new business. Additionally, she handles research and organizes and manages the group’s various social media platforms.
Prior to joining Colliers, Angela worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant with Interstate Tenant Advisors where she was office manager to three brokers and one marketing person. Furthermore, she helped organize payroll and expense reports for the team’s bookkeeper platform, booked travel when needed, and processed invoices.

I am an investment sales broker within Colliers' Chicago-based Net Lease Investment team. Led by industry veteran Peter Block, the team assists clients across the country in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant retail, industrial and office assets.
Clients appreciate my consultative real estate approach and lean on more than 35 years of industry experience. As an executive vice president, I lead Colliers International’s Chicago-based, four-member retail investment practice group. In the most recent calendar year, our team bought or sold 70 properties. These were sales of single tenant net lease investments and multi-tenant shopping centers.
I serve as the chairman of Colliers NNN investment practice and have transacted record-setting sales in Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington D.C.
Prior to joining Colliers, I spent nearly a decade at both Cushman & Wakefield and Insignia/CBRE.
My hobby is cooking, and for three years I have created recipes on my food blog, Feed Your Soul Too.

Prior to joining Colliers, Christian was a broker within the Investment Sales Division at Marcus & Millichap. While there he founded Toastmasters Club internally to strengthen staff members’ public speaking skills and ability to deliver clear feedback to clients
