As a commercial Realtor at Colliers, my focus is landlord/seller representation in the industrial, office, and land sectors. My formal training and professional career as a commercial landscape architect has provided me with a confident understanding in what lies under our work: the land itself. With that understanding, I can deliver the selling points and highlight the potential of a property to tenant/buyer prospects.
My background in understanding site feasibility, permitting, and entitlement requirements for commercial land development has proved to be a competitive advantage for both seller and developer clients.

• Rye Airfield Skatepark Property | Sold 2 lots totaling over 27 acres and 61,659 SF of buildings for $6.1M to a single buyer.
• Private Investor | Represented the Buyer in a medical investment sale involving property leased by Catholic Medical Center with a total consideration of $4.7M.
• Tuscan Brands | Represented client in its purchase of the landmark Breaking New Grounds building in the heart of Market Square in Portsmouth, NH with a total consideration of $4.5M.
• Community College System of NH | Sold its 100,035 SF former Great Bay Community College building on 89.9 acres for $2.75M to an investor.
• Eversource | Sold 86 acres of developable land in 2 transactions. Sourced and assisted the Buyer of the inland parcels. Sourced Buyer for the waterfront parcels which is the last undeveloped deep-water access property in NH.
• Calamar Enterprises | Represented client in a land sale for one of NH’s largest independent senior living community projects for $920,000.
• Seacoast Media Group | Represented client in leasing 10,584 SF of office space in Portsmouth, NH to Convenient MD for its corporate office.
• Stanley Black & Decker | Represented client in leasing of 12,616 SF of office and lab space for Stanley Healthcare Group in Portsmouth, NH.
• Powerspan R&D | Sold the 18,938 SF corporate headquarters building.
