Andrew Steinmetz

As Senior Graphics Designer in the Oakland office, I work closely with our brokers to create the websites, brochures, signage and other graphic materials used to market our clients’ properties.  I also produce some of the Colliers International print ads that we run in the Bay Area.

As a Colliers designer, I enjoy the camaraderie and energy that comes from balancing the needs and deadlines of so many brokers.  I feel fortunate working in a commercial setting where I can use my talent and design skills to create meaningful value for our clients. Working under real-world time and budget constraints demands its own creativity, and I believe strongly that the quality of our graphic design provides a competitive advantage to our brokerage practice. 

Much of my spare time is spent with my wife Loren and our beautiful twin daughters.  I love to draw, and also enjoy following the work of leading contemporary graphic designers and artists.   An important priority for me is to stay current on new design developments especially around CAD programming and website development. 

As a marketing expert for the Colliers Pleasanton office, I provide support to the various broker teams. Handling the layout and design of property marketing, email blasts, social media tiles, direct mail, quarterly reports, business development pieces, client-facing pitches, and special projects.

I utilize my 6+ years of marketing experience, creative knowledge, and design skills to ensure our projects adhere to a high standard of excellence.

Jake King is a graphics and marketing professional with extensive experience in the creation, design, and implementation of marketing campaigns for commercial real estate professionals and their nationally recognized clientele. Jake has over nine (9) years of experience in the real estate industry, and excels at identifying the core needs and values of our clients to develop iconic, expressive, and personalized ways to showcase their unique brand story. Jake is experienced in building a variety of marketing campaigns using design tools such as Abobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, & After Effects.

Jake grew up in the Bay Area before moving to Lodi, California in the early 2000’s, and ultimately settling in Stockton, California with his fiance. In his spare time, Jake enjoys reading, photography, and cooking.
