Andrew Forbes joined the Colliers International Walnut Creek team in 2015, specializing in leasing and sales of office properties, with a strong focus on central Contra Costa County. Partnering with other brokers on projects throughout the bay area, Andrew has expanded his expertise to include Industrial properties in the Solano and surrounding counties, developing long term connections with property owners, tenants and brokers. Andrew has further expanded his expertise to include partnering with the Collier's East Bay Multi-Family Investment Services Group on the aquisition and disposition of Mult-Family assets throughout the East Bay.
Over the past few years, he has participated in the leasing or sale of various asset types, with transactions valued at more than $40 million. His ability to connect with people, a positive attitude, and solid work ethic are qualities Andrew brings to every transaction.
Andrew was named “Rookie of the Year” in his first full year in the commercial real estate business, a direct result of his willingness to go the extra mile to bring added value and get the best possible deal for his clients.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he served on the Executive Board of Pi Kappa Phi. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys dirt biking, wake boarding, snowboarding, and golf.

Since 1998 he has completed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than 2,100,000 square feet of space with a combined aggregate value in excess of $500,000,000.
Eric Erickson has been a commercial real estate broker for over seven years. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Erickson worked as a Leasing and Sales Consultant for the Grubb & Ellis Company in Walnut Creek. In 2000, Mr. Erickson joined Colliers International in Walnut Creek as a founding member. Mr. Erickson remains among the office’s top producers. In 2003, the East Bay Business Times named Mr. Erickson one of the 40 Most Influential Business People Under 40.

In 1998 Jon began his real estate career with Colliers International’s Fairfield office. For over 20 years, he has been specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial property, office property and land within San Francisco's North Bay regions, focusing on the Benicia, Concord, Martinez, Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, Woodland and West Sacramento markets. Prior to joining Colliers, Jon was a marketing representative for San Joaquin Regional Transit District in the City of Stockton. Jon graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. degree in Economics. He completed the Executive M.B.A. program at California State University of Sacramento in 1997, while working full time. Born in San Jose, California , Jon now resides in Davis . In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his kids, watching them on the soccer field, golf, travel and various outdoor activities.

Rich is a Senior Vice President in Collier’s East Bay Multifamily Investment Services Group. He specializes in assisting clients with a wide array of investment requirements and strategies specific to apartment properties throughout both Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Rich has extensive experience advising private clients and investment groups on disposition and acquisition strategies, as well as sourcing and marketing development sites for both market rate and affordable housing developers throughout the Bay Area. In addition, Rich has experience underwriting, marketing and selling residential subdivision land throughout Norhern Callfornia.
Rich Joined Colliers International after 4 years at Kilpatrick & Company, where his focus was working with apartment owners and investor clients to realize their multi-family investment objectives. In addition, Rich brings over 25 years of experience in the business and sports world to Colliers International. Prior to joining Kilpatrick & Company, Rich was the President/Managing Director of Velocity Sports Performance, a sports training company located in the Tri-Valley area. Prior to starting Velocity in February 2004, Rich founded San Leandro based Diamond Micro Solutions in 1982 and served as the CEO/President of this IT Systems Integration company until 2002.
Prior to his years with a technology start-up, Rich spent 5 years in the National Football League as a wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders and New Orleans Saints from 1977 – 1981. The highlight of his career includes an appearance in Super Bowl XV with the World Champion Oakland Raiders.
