Andrew Bland brings unique experience to the Colliers Landlord Office Leasing Team in San Francisco. Andrew has developed an expanding network of tenant broker relationships and a “Jack of all trades” approach to property marketing, financial lease analysis, & local market intelligence.
His prior experience in the Fintech sector working with Retail & Institutional Investors with the Investor Group at LendingClub, along with his experienced background in residential mortgage origination & investment property lending & sales with LendingHome has set the foundation for developing key relationships among a wide spectrum of industry participants.
Spending his entire life in California, outside the office you can find Andrew spending time with friends and family, going for a run through Golden Gate Park, hiking in Marin, and exploring the beautiful Golden State coast.

I specialize in leasing office buildings in Downtown San Francisco by representing Institutional owners to maximize the value of their buildings valued between $50 million to $350 million. Recent notable transactions include renewing Latham and Watkins for 117,000 SF on behalf of DWS and Leasing 280,000 SF to Google on behalf of American Assets Trust.
During my career which began in 1990 in San Francisco, I have leased, renewed or sold approximately 12.2 million total square feet of office space in the city. Although my primarily is Landlord Representation leasing I have also participated in $1.5 billion in investment sales transactions. I currently represent over 1.6 million square feet of office space with notable clients including Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (formerly RREEF), American Assets Trust, Prudential Investments, Principal Global Investors, GE Real Estate, Ellis Partners, Harsch Investment Properties and Yale Properties.
In 2007, I was appointed to start and lead the company’s West Coast Urban Landlord Partners Practice Group. This is a specialized group of collaborative Downtown Landlord Leasing teams in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Phoenix.
Also, in 2009, Scott was asked by the company to serve on the ten member Board of Directors of Colliers International USA.
Appointed the Managing Director in 2002, Scott managed the Leasing and Investment Sales operations of the San Francisco office until January 2007. During his five-year tenure as Manager of the office, revenues increased 77%.
