Andrew Bernstein, MSRE has been a commercial real estate appraiser for 20+/- years, and has performed valuations globally for the largest REIT's; Private Equity Funds; Pension Funds; Lenders; Developers and Investors. Mr. Bernstein has a Master's of Science in Real Estate from the John's Hopkins Carey Business School and is a Certified General Appraiser in numerous states. Mr. Bernstein has appraised several hundred billion dollars of commercial real estate on most continents around the globe and in almost every state throughout the US encomassing most asset classes, inlcuding but not limited to: Subdivisions; Single-Family Rental Portfolios; Apartment Buildings; Mobile Home Parks; Shopping Centers; Retail Strips; Free Standing Retail Properties; Warehouses; Manufacturing Facilities; Heavy Industrial Facilities; Office Buildings; Medical Office Buildings; Storage Facilities; Vacant Land.
