Andrew specializes in industrial assets, working with SIOR Rusty Bollow and Bobby Stevens, one of the most dynamic industrial teams along the Wasatch Front who handle millions of square feet in transactions each year.
His commercial real estate career began with Millcreek Commercial, specifically focused on single-tenant net leased assets. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable on 1031 exchanges, fractional ownership, and investment sales. In his first two years he closed just over $17M worth of product, rising to top producer in 2021 with 29 transactions in a wide variety of properties including: Dollar Tree, CVS Pharmacy, and multiple medical assets.
Andrew Bell is a graduate of the Weber State University Professional Sales Program where he excelled academically and represented the university in the National Collegiate Sales Competition. He has had a lifelong love of sales, selling everything from candy bars on the playground to pest control during college. When Andrew isn’t working on a deal, he is busy with his growing family of four, or enjoying the beautiful state of Utah by snowboarding, wakeboarding, or running in a Spartan race. He is also fluent in Spanish, having served abroad for two years in Uruguay.
