Professional Summary
Before joining Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul as Senior Director of Project Management Services I started my career in in electrical design, specializing in design-build healthcare projects. From this point, I advanced into an owner’s representative role with a large healthcare system in Minneapolis.
With this experience and client roster under my belt, I started my own company, S2 Enterprises in 2011. At S2 myself and my small, but specialized team of project managers brought projects to completion, on time and on budget in the healthcare construction and medical equipment planning fields.
In May of 2018, I joined S2 with Colliers MSP to strengthen and grow the project management offerings, adding expertise in healthcare, data centers, high-tech and greenfield construction.
My professional success is a result of technical understanding of complex projects paired with proactively driving value to my clients bottom line. I have extensive experience managing all aspects of construction projects from team selection process to owner move-in. I provide my clients value through a deep understanding of contract administration & negotiations, budget establishment and management, equipment planning, coordination and logistics management.
I manage all aspects and team members involved in a project to provide clients with a cohesive project delivery every step of the way for every project big or small.

Before joining Colliers International | Minneapolis-St Paul as a Project Manager, Jodi started her career with a large healthcare system in the metro area. She has a diverse background in healthcare, ranging from bedside patient care, to leadership and to project management, both in the clinical and office settings.
With her background in the healthcare setting, Jodi is able to utilize this experience to work collaboratively on projects cultivating an environment of teamwork and accountability with all stakeholders to drive the success of projects. She has a specific interest in helping clients work through processes and workflow to improve not only space utilization but staff and patient experience as well.
Jodi also has experience managing all aspects of a construction project, from project conception and team selection, to owner move-in. She coordinates all stakeholders including design teams, construction services, furniture vendors, technology installation and move coordination.
Through Jodi’s dynamic communication style and teamwork approach, projects are delivered on time and within budget.
