My Team
I am an Executive Vice President and shareholder at Colliers International (NASDAQ: CIGI). Our team within Colliers specializes in working with C-level executives and operational specialists to develop and execute corporate real estate strategies on a local and global basis in an effort to maximize operational efficiencies and value.
My primary focus is representing dominant logistics companies in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” - distribution centers, truck terminals, last mile hubs, manufacturing facilities and industrial land.
With over 14 years of experience, I have developed an unparalleled understanding of Supply Chain Real Estate strategy via negotiating 500+ transactions, globally, in 50+ cities while generating millions in value for our customers. Not to mention- we have fun doing it!
My clients and teammates are all folks who you can trust with a handshake. Life is too short to operate any other way.
I enjoy reading, writing and speaking about CRE, eCommerce and the logistics industry. I've been featured on podcasts like the GaryVee Audio Experience, The Cardone Zone and Supply Chain Now Radio. I’ve been interviewed by multiple publications including the Wall Street Journal and I've been a featured speaker at multiple real estate and logistics conferences around the globe. Please let me know if you want me to speak at your event and we will try to make it happen!
I am currently on the steering committee for the Colliers International Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group and the IWLA membership committee.
Further, I am laser focused on raising money for the JDRF to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes which my daughter was diagnosed with at the age of 4 in 2018.
When I'm not being a Dad or trying to sneak into an Amazon distribution center (this is actually not possible), you might find me walking on fire with Tony Robbins or taking an ice bath with Wim Hof. I'm also a lifelong athlete having played collegiate level football and rugby and completed 3 Ironman triathlons. These days, I spend my time practicing yoga and I recently completed 100 hours of yoga teacher training.
Cole Hooper is an Associate in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International and works on a team with Colliers’ Senior Vice President, Ward Richmond.
The team’s primary focus is representing corporate users and investors in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” - warehouses, truck terminals, manufacturing facilities and industrial land.
Cole is recognized for his overall market knowledge, work ethic, tenacity, and passion for the industry. His goal is to provide optimal real estate solutions that link his clients’ real estate needs with their overall business strategies.
As an Associate Vice President in the Dallas-Ft Worth office of Colliers International, I work with a powerhouse team that primarily focuses on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of "supply chain real estate"—warehouses, truck terminals, manufacturing facilities and industrial land. Our Dallas-based team has collectively negotiated hundreds of transactions throughout North America, representing some of the top logistics and e-commerce companies in the world.
During 2021 our team completed 90 transactions totaling over 12 million SF, north of $340 million in volume. We executed deals in 3 countries, 21 states, and 48 markets. 90% of those deals include repeat business, which I feel speaks volumes about our ability to consistently add massive value once hired.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was with a boutique commercial real estate firm. Prior to that, I spent half a decade in both retail and institutional financial brokerage. During this time, I earned Series 7, 66 and 63 FINRA certifications and became a President’s Club award winner and top producer nationally.
