AREA OF EXPERTISE
Eric Molfetta is a Senior Vice President of Investments for Colliers International, the leading commercial real estate firm in Nevada.
Mr. Molfetta began his industrial real estate career with Colliers in 2007, and partnered with one of the most decorated Vice Presidents in the industry. In 2010, Eric joined Harsch Investment Properties, one of the largest landlords in Southern Nevada, as an Assistant Vice President of Operations and Director of Leasing/ Brokerage. He was responsible for over 3 million square feet of Industrial and Retail space throughout the Valley. He re-joined Colliers International in 2012 as a Vice President of the Industrial Division. Mr. Molfetta is experienced in many phases of commercial real estate including investment sales, landlord/owner budgeting, forecasting, quarterly analysis/ reports, site selection, design, and leasing. Some of the property owners Mr. Molfetta has represented include: Woodbury Corporation, Harsch Investment Properties, Panattoni Development, Oro Capital Advisors, Price Realty Group, Julius Realty, Campbell Investments, Nevada Real Estate Group, Komer Investment Group, and Rousso Investments.
BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Molfetta is a graduate of the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, and a recipient of the Beta Gamma Sigma Award. He also received his undergraduate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Business and Hotel Administration.
Since 2007, Eric has been an active member in the Southern Nevada chapter of the National
Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a candidate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). SIOR designation which is earned by tenured performance and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Molfetta has competed in triathlons for the past ten years, and on June 24, 2012 he completed his first full Ironman in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. He and his wife, Christina also own Nocturna Sleep Center, a sleep diagnostic center, which completes roughly 8,000 studies annually.
They also own the Nevada Soccer Academy, a non-profit soccer organization which was started to create a competitive but fun soccer experience for youth soccer players.
FAMILY
Mr. Molfetta places his family at the forefront of everything that he does. “There is nothing more important to me than family, because together there is nothing that we can’t accomplish.”
Mr. Molfetta and his wife Christina have two children, Broc and Emma-Gianna.
