She is responsible for the overall administrative, management and compliance of properties which includes, but is not limited to: strategic planning, project management, monthly financial analysis & budgeting of both operating and capital budgets, development & implementing preventative maintenance programs, team training & mentorship, lease interpretation & management, while assessing needs of Owners and Tenants.

Patty has worked in commercial property management for over 34 years. Over this extensive period of time, she has had the privilege to manage some of the most prestigious buildings in the region, from an 18 story high rise to the city’s most iconic historic building. Currently Patty manages over 800,000 square feet of office and retail space throughout the Treasure Valley as well as a Federal Courthouse in Montana.
Diana is an Idaho licensed real estate agent who joined the Colliers Real Estate Management division in 2017 and is currently managing over 850,000 square feet of commercial properties. Prior to moving to Idaho, Diana held a California Real Estate License for 25 years while working as a Commercial Real Estate Manager with a portfolio that consisted of retail shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings and medical facilities ranging from Los Angeles to San Diego County.
Extensive background in gov’t contracts and procedures in property management, as well as A/P and A/R experience. Lisa is dedicated to the collections and contract management for her portfolio of buildings. Answering the needs of the portfolio’s tenants is her top priority.
Lisa is a Real Estate Manager for Colliers located in the Nampa, Idaho office. As a Real Estate Manager, Lisa develops property budgets and practice strategies that contribute to maximizing net income by capturing multiple income revenues, implementing effective and cost-efficient service contract management and ensuring preventative maintenance practices are utilized to extend life to building systems. Since joining Colliers in 2016, Lisa has quickly grown within the company. She began as an Assistant Real Estate Manager and was promoted to an Associate Real Estate Manager in 2018.
