As an Assistant Facility Manager, Amanda works closely with property management staff and our clients. She is responsible for communicating with clients and creates monthly financial and property activity reports. Furthermore, she prepares client annual budgets and reconciles the CAM charges at the end of each fiscal year. In addition to maintaining a property’s finances, Amanda works to ensure that all common areas, suites and the remainder of the property are in excellent condition. When cleaning or repairs are needed, Amanda works with on-site staff and the property manager to guarantee that tenant issues are handled in a timely manner and that proper follow-through is completed. Moreover, she assists with scheduling, organizing and hosting tenant functions. She also manages the scheduling of the conference room and catering for other meetings and events.

As a Vice President for Colliers International in Houston’s Property Management Services, Tearney fills an integral role in the company. Starting with Colliers in 2009, Tearney has worked in multiple facets of daily operations giving her an excellent knowledge in property management. She handles the oversight and training of several administrative staff, assistant managers, property managers and facility managers. Her involvement with properties starts before a new property is even brought onboard with assisting in the due diligence efforts and continues throughout the transition once the property has been purchased.
She is currently responsible for property management of our retail and industrial portfolios. She oversees the government properties and some of our facility management contracts. In her role, she mediates between tenants, owners and vendors to ensure all common goals are met. She is also responsible for setting up bank accounts for all new properties as well as coordinating the initial accounting set up while accomplishing financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting variances and initiating corrective action.
Another key aspect of her role includes the forecasting of capital budgets, five-year business plans and building operational budgets.
In addition, as a licensed realtor, she assists with handling leasing, marketing and renewals at several properties.

​After completing his graduate program in Business Administration at Texas A&M University, Mr. Bracewell established a track record of leading successful operations, establishing management programs and developing commercial properties. He headed the new commercial development group for Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in Houston, Texas. He served with Hines Interests in Houston, Texas managing three major portfolios of retail, multi-use and office projects. He has also managed large portfolios of commercial assets for Axiom Real Estate Management. His combination of experience with large Class A product along with B & C experience across all product types uniquely qualifies him to oversee the daily operations of Colliers Property Management.
