As a Senior Research Analyst at Colliers, Allyn leads the data analysis and market insights for national office agency pursuits, life sciences initiatives and supports strategic business development projects in the Northwest/North Central region. Her extensive background in data aggregation, thought leadership and data visualization supports brokerage professionals servicing the market intelligence needs of key clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Allyn served as the Americas Office Senior Research Analyst at CBRE Group, Inc. and specialized in national office investor trends. She got her start in commercial real estate in property management, spending two years in multifamily followed by three years managing various office asset types. Her deep background in commercial real estate allows her to effectively track and synthesize large-scale trends across business lines.
Allyn is well versed in CoStar, Real Capital Analytics (RCA), Trepp, LandVision, Oxford Economics, Moody’s Analytics and LexisNexis. She also has extensive experience building and maintaining databases.
Outside of commercial real estate, Allyn enjoys traveling, cooking and eating out at up-and-coming restaurants.

Allyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing Studies with a concentration in House Technology and a minor in Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota -Twin Cities.
