Prior to joining Colliers, Alina was the Marketing Coordinator at RE/MAX Experts where she managed all print, digital, email, and social media marketing for the office and agents. Alina is Google Analytics certified and leveraged numerous other platforms while at RE/MAX to create efficiencies across the offices marketing efforts, such as Buffer, Mailchimp, and others.
A graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, Alina received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a certificate in Advertising. During her time at Penn State, Alina was a part-time radio host for BVZ Radio as well as a staff writer for the Behrend Beacon, where she published numerous articles on various topics like science and art.
Alina grew up overseas attending the National French School System. She has lived in five different countries, speaks French fluently and some Italian. In her free time, Alina loves to walk her dog Jellybean, try new restaurants, and explore the local area of St Petersburg and Tampa.

Mr. Reeves, a commercial real estate veteran, joined Colliers International in 2015 where he specializes in the representation of users of real estate. Prior to joining Colliers, Bill had 17 years of prior successful commercial real estate experience with Cushman and Wakefield. Throughout his career, Bill has developed expertise including lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, site selection, data/technology centers, and disposition of surplus real estate. He represented many of the country’s largest companies in commercial leasing, such as Morgan Stanley, ThyssennKrupp, Media General, General Electric Tropicana/Pepsico and Pitney Bowes, and was also part of the leasing team of Highwoods Preserve, a 1,000,000 SF corporate campus in Tampa, FL. Prior to his tenure with C&W, Mr. Reeves performed portfolio inspections of commercial real estate valued at over $600,000,000 for life insurance companies and real estate investment trusts throughout the Midwest. Mr. Reeves served as a faculty member for an esteemed national emerging broker training program, and the national symposiums for C&W during his tenure.
Tom is on the Colliers Retail and Land Team with over 24 years of experience.
Tom was with Fina Oil Company for 17 years working in the marketing department prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent. During that time he handled surplus property sales, site selection and feasibility studies in addition to petroleum sales to distributors. His last position was sales manager for the Florida district.
Tom has focused his real estate career on site selection and surplus property disposition for oil companies, petroleum jobbers, fast food and restaurant companies and others. In addition to retail expertise Tom represents developers in assembling land parcels for residential subdivision developments. Tom’s listings include retail land, interstate interchange sites, retail buildings, convenience store/gas stations, restaurants and more.

Examples of companies he represented are Thorntons, Amoco, Automated Petroleum, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Wells Fargo, Zaxby’s, Checkers, Taco Bell, Applebee’s and Burger King franchisees, Pep Boys, Advance Auto Parts, United Rentals, Bright Horizons and other retailers. Property disposition for companies like GE Capital, Krystal, and Circle K.
In addition to retail expertise Tom has represented developers in assembling land parcels for residential subdivision developments. His listings include restaurants and other retail buildings, convenience store/gas stations, retail land, interstate/interchange sites and more. He has sold office & industrial buildings as well.
