As a Marketing Project Manager with over six years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, I am responsible for leading the retail marketing department for the South Florida region. I work closely with market leaders and brokers, supporting all retail marketing efforts. We work in a collaborative environment ensuring deadlines and expectations are met . I enjoy organizing and creating systems that help bring all aspects of our department together. Some of my other responsibilities include ICSC Orlando, events and retail marketing budgets.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked at CREC, Florida's leading, independent, full-service commercial real estate firm. I started as the Executive Assistant to Carol Brooks & Warren Weiser and later furthered my career in marketing as the Marketing Project Manager, assisting in the oversight of all marketing efforts alongside Carol Brooks. Before joining CREC, I worked at Avison Young where I worked closely with brokers in leasing, sales and Land use.

As the Executive Vice President for Retail Services at Colliers’ Brickell office, Alan specializes in working with anchor and junior anchor retailers, food and drug retailers, restaurateurs, and entertainment venues. Having worked in the commercial real estate business for over two decades, Alan is actively involved in all facets including tenant representation, investment sales, development, landlord representation and land sales.
Alan currently represents major clients including but not limited to: Target, Kohls, El Dorado Furniture, 24 Hour Fitness, Total Wine & More, PNC Bank, BJ's Wholesale Club and Dave and Busters. He has successfully developed and leased countless square feet of new shopping centers throughout his career and has leased or sold over 10 million square feet over the past decade.
Prior to joining Colliers, Alan was a senior partner at CREC, working out of its Miami office for 15 years. He was the top retail broker in the company every year of his tenure.
As Executive Managing Director of Retail Services in the Colliers Miami – Coral Gables office, Sabrina Stimming has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s retail landlord representation division. Joining the commercial real estate industry in 1999, she now leads a team of nine retail leasing agents handling a portfolio of 52 properties in Central and South Florida.
Sabrina is recognized as one of the top retail leasing professionals in the state of Florida, generating an average of $15.2 million in lease value annually. She represents a number of institutional landlords including Shopcore, Zurich Asset Management, American Realty Advisors, Barings Real Estate Advisors (formerly Cornerstone), and Regency Centers. In addition, she represents retailers such as PNC Bank, Destination XL, Save-A-Lot and TooJay’s Deli.
With over 17 years of retail leasing experience in South Florida, Steven serves as Executive Managing Director of Retail Services with Colliers International Miami – Coral Gables. In this role, Steven oversees the leasing of retail properties throughout the south Florida region, working closely with institutional, private equity, and local clients who seek to market and lease retail space, negotiate lease contracts, and sell outparcels.
Steven has played an instrumental role in the redevelopment and lease-up of the Country Club Plaza in Miami, Miller Square Shopping Center in West Kendall, and the transformation of the mixed-use project, Downtown Dadeland into an East Kendall culinary destination. Steven has also represented major South Florida retail centers including: Weston Lakes Plaza and Weston Road Shopping Center in Weston, Kendall Place in Miami, and Jacaranda Plaza in Plantation. Currently, he spearheads the retail pre-leasing of Plantation Walk, a 27-acre mixed use development in in Plantation. Steven was a CoStar Power Broker from 2010-2012, 2014-2015 and 2017.
With over 13 years of retail leasing experience, Mr. Suarez is Senior Director of Colliers’ Miami – Coral Gables retail services team. Ruben handles all aspects of retail leasing for key properties in the growing Miami – Coral Gables retail portfolio. Ruben handles landlord representation for multiple prime shopping centers in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties including Kendall Value Center, Crossings Shopping Village, The Fountains of Miramar and Miller Square Shopping Center, where he was instrumental in the planning and execution of a multi-million-dollar redevelopment which included a ground-up Ross Dress for Less. He works directly with a wide spectrum of Colliers’ institutional clients including Starwood Commercial Property Group, Principal Financial Group, Stockbridge, and Epic Real Estate Partners, among others. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has been awarded the CoStar Power Broker designation for Miami-Dade multiple times.
Ariel Davis is a Senior Director with Colliers South Florida, bringing over 9 years of retail leasing experience. As Senior Director, Mrs. Davis handles landlord representation for multiple premier shopping centers throughout South Florida, including Palmetto Promenade, El Mercado, Waterways Shoppes at Parkland and Welleby Plaza. She has also represented the leasing for The Gallery at Beach Place in Ft. Lauderdale, where she was instrumental in upgrading the tenancy and increasing occupancy from 59% to 90% over a 2-year period. Prior to joining Colliers, Ariel was Senior Vice President at Continental Real Estate Companies (CREC) - a leading, independent, commercial real estate company operating throughout Florida.
Mrs. Davis represents some of Colliers’ institutional clients including Regency Centers, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, Site Centers and Stockbridge.
As Executive Managing Director, Nikki is responsible for overseeing retail services for highly specialized, complex retail properties, specifically lifestyle and power centers.
With 15 years of experience working closely with notable shopping center owners including Heitman, Principal Global Investors, Prudential Global Investment Management, ShopCore and Stronach Group, she has forged strong relationships with her clients throughout her career and understands their business needs and innate market knowledge. Nikki creates value for clients through a curated merchandising mix for each shopping center. She has been able to increase NOI by $2 million within 18 months by following her vison for re-tenanting shopping centers. Nikki's expertise is with having relationships with national tenants and the ability find the best of local tenants that can increase sales for shopping centers.
Prior to joining Colliers, Nikki served as Vice President at Madison Marquette, where she focused on the retail leasing of mixed-use lifestyle centers, power shopping centers and ground up development.
Previously, Nikki served as Leasing Agent at Southern Management and Development as well as Retail Client Specialist at CBRE.
As a Senior Associate with the Retail Services team, Maria utilizes her impressive experience in Landlord representation to assist with the agency leasing of retail lifestyle centers.
Prior to joining Colliers, Maria most recently worked with Philadelphia-based MSC Retail’s University division, handling campus-edge and on-campus retail, primarily on behalf of landlords. During her time at MSC, Maria was responsible for leasing more campus-edge retail than anyone else in the country, accounting for roughly 350,000 SF across 30 markets, including State College, Clemson, Tallahassee and more.
Maria earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business from Penn State University.
