As a brokerage associate in the Colliers Silicon Valley office, I work closely with John Kovaleski and David Buchholz in supporting and expanding our team’s diverse client-services platform. This platform includes corporate tenant representation, project leasing, and site acquisition/dispositions throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and Western United States. Day to day, I strive to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations through unmatched initiative, meaningful communication rooted in a deep knowledge of the market, and careful follow-through in all areas of the business. Like John and David, my clients’ goals and best interests are always my first priority.
Prior to joining Colliers, I spent twelve years in marketing and business development in multiple business sectors. Most recently, I worked for the Fremont engineering firm, CTE Cal. That experience—and my longstanding focus on persistent outreach, relentless commitment to clients’ needs, clear communication, and just-in-time deliverables—has served me well in my current role as a Colliers broker.
I graduated from Santa Clara University, and my wife and our family currently live in Oakland. In my spare time, I really enjoy tennis, basketball, and snowboarding.

John began his commercial real estate career in 1981, immediately following his graduation from Santa Clara University. With 41 years of highly productive "Client Centric" commercial real estate experience, John is a well-recognized industry veteran known for his results-oriented & creative approach to delivering strategic commercial real estate solutions throughout the Western U.S. on behalf of his Corporate, Institutional & Private Capital Clients. John and his Silicon Valley based Colliers team have built a proven multi-state Corporate Client tenant representation services platform, with an established network of Colliers Partners in key submarkets, which provides turn-key tenant representation services, including site acquisition/disposition, needs assessment, location analytics, strategic planning & transaction/portfolio management services with an emphasis on providing e-commerce driven logistics, manufacturing & distribution facility solutions.
Since joining Colliers International’s San Jose office in November 2002, John has leased or sold over 12 million square feet of industrial/commercial space and over 120 acres of land for development with an aggregate value in excess of $1.35B on behalf of clients including; LaserShip/OnTrac Logisitcs, Inc, PODS. Inc., General Motors, PNC Realty Investors, Urban Catalyst, Riverview Systems Group, and Hensel Phelps Construction Co.
David has thirty plus years of client driven commercial real estate experience working on behalf of corporate and institutional clients throughout California and the West. David and his team have built a proven multi-state Corporate Client tenant representation platform, with an established network of Colliers Partners in key submarkets, which provides turn-key tenant representation services, including site acquisition/disposition, needs assessment, location analytics, strategic planning & transaction/portfolio management services with an emphasis on providing e-commerce driven logistics, manufacturing & distribution facility solutions.
David joined Colliers International in November 2002 after working at Trammell Crow Company for nearly five years doing corporate and institutional work in the Burlingame and San Jose offices. The depth of Colliers market knowledge and related "transaction flows" in the Bay Area and the West is truly complimentary to David's commitment to customer service on behalf of such well known clients including: OnTrac Logistics, PODS, General Motors, OTO Development/Palmetto Hospitality, Hensel Phelps Constructon Company, PNC Realty Investors, Heitman and NUVEEN.
