Keri’s background encompasses more than 10 years of commercial real estate and property management experience. Prior to joining Colliers, she was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for more than five years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties.
Her previous experience includes serving as a senior real estate manager with CAM Properties, as a member of CBRE’s Capital Asset Management group, and as a Realtor® with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International.
As a senior client services coordinator for Colliers in Arizona, Dana Boyle provides comprehensive marketing services for several brokers who specialize in landlord and tenant representation for industrial and office properties.
Serving as an integral member of each broker’s team, Dana manages marketing, client services and administrative activities in support of the brokers’ clients, property listings and business development efforts. With a thorough understanding of real estate, Dana eagerly contributes ideas to increase each broker’s business and visibility in the marketplace.
As a detailed and focused professional, Dana thrives in the fast-paced, deadline-driven real estate environment. With excellent time management skills, she keeps the brokers on-time and on-course.
Dana designs print and digital marketing collateral, develops email marketing campaigns, maintains CoStar property listings, compiles property tour books, coordinates broker and client meetings, and manages social media activity. She also prepares letters of intent, lease and sale documents, due diligence materials, and property activity reports.

Having been around residential real estate for over 30 years, Dana learned from the back-end how real estate works, which serves her well in her role at Colliers. She also has nine years of experience with Assessment Appeals Services LLC, as an account manager in property tax appeals, which enabled her to develop appraisal skills for commercial properties through an income and market approach.
Prior to joining Colliers, Dana served as a marketing coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, with responsibility for marketing, administrative and business development support to brokerage professionals. She created and modified marketing brochures, packages and offering memorandums; designed and distributed weekly email campaigns; and created virtual tours with Matterport technology.
Dana’s background also includes managing operations and compliance for RemX Specialty Staffing, and serving as seminar coordinator for Ellen Boyle Seminars, The Real Coach, LLC.
