Professional Summary

Alex Cohn specializes in office advisory services providing expertise to assist tenants and buyers in strategically finding the right space for their needs.  He also works with owners and landlords to lease and sell their real estate assets.

Prior to joining Colliers, Alex had invaluable exposure to other commercial real estate brokerage and development firms.  Most recently, he was a broker at Bradley Company.  Prior to that, he had back-to-back internships with Zeller Realty Group and Buckingham Companies.  These roles provided a great foundation for development fundamentals, market research, and an understanding of market dynamics.

Alex is a graduate of Indiana University with a major in SPEA Management (School of Public and Environmental Affairs) and a minor in Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business. 

He thoroughly loves the game of baseball – he played in high school and college for Indiana Club Baseball.  He is still active in the game, as a coach, trainer, and mentor.
