Albert Elmore is a Director of Multifamily Services for Colliers Alabama with a primary focus on multifamily investment sales. Since starting in multifamily as a financial analyst, Albert has provided production support for the sale or refinancing of over 47,000 units with $3.3 billion in aggregate value. As a Director, his responsibilities now include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in Louisiana, East Texas, and Arkansas. In 2021, Albert was featured as a Rising Star in Real Estate by the Birmingham Business Journal and is directly responsible for over $420 million of investment sales activity.
Prior to Colliers, Albert worked for JLL’s multifamily capital markets team, focusing on the placement of FNMA and Freddie Mac debt. Albert is an Atlanta, GA native and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Samford University.

Brian specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties. Brian and his team provide in-depth market knowledge to clients to help them make informed decisions regarding available assets, recent sales, property and local
economic trends, macro trends, debt and equity structures, legal issues and trends effecting all of the stakeholders in the multi-family industry.
Brian has been in the real estate and economic development industry for nine years. Prior to joining Colliers, Brian worked
with Multi Housing Advisors, Inc, where he focused on assets in the west Alabama and Mississippi geographical markets. Prior to his career in real estate, Brian worked as a Business Development Manager and has experience in multiple areas of business such as marketing, sales, operations and finance.
Mr. Savage is a current board member of Girl’s Inc. and a member of the Homewood/Mountain Brook Kiwanis Club where he previously served on the board. He is also a member of United Way He attends St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church where he serves as a member of the Facilities Planning Committee.
Stacey Williams is a member of the Multifamily, Retail and Investment Services sales and leasing teams. Her responsibilities include property marketing and promotions, coordinating market research and providing up-to-date information to the brokerage community.
Stacey began her career with the State of Alabama auditing files for companies under State Receivership. There she enhanced her problem-solving skills by working with company employees and the state to resolve issues. From the State of Alabama, Stacey easily transitioned her focus to real estate and began work with Richey Management. She was responsible for tenant service requests, event planning, annual budget development, and forecasting. Before beginning with Colliers International, Stacey served as the Executive Assistant to the President and Senior Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office. She was responsible for the design and production of all marketing materials, research statistics, and event planning.
