Albert Crosby

Albert currently holds the position of Managing Director for the Philadelphia office of Colliers Valuation and Advisory.  Having joined the firm in January of 2014, his primary focus is on the valuation of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Philadelphia Metro including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.   He has been in the valuation advisory industry since 2003 .
Albert is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), and is a certified general real property appraiser in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Deleware, and Maryland.  He received his B.A. from Elon University,   Before coming on board with Colliers in January 2014, he was the Prinicipal at E&A Associates LLC, a real estate appraisal firm specializing in real estate appraisal and consulting services for all property types.  Throughout his career he has demonstrated excellent interpersonal, analytical, and managerial skills. He has also excelled within highly competitive environments where leaderships skills paved the way to being successful. 

I am  a member of the Appraisal Institute and was promoted to the position of Managing Director of the Colliers Valuation and Advisory Philadelphia office in 2018 .

I am proud of being a former Board Member and volunteer  for a couple  of nonprofit organizations; Hometown Opportunities for the Mentally Handicapped (HOMH), which serves the needs of the physically and mentally disabled and presently a part of the Washington Township Soccer and Advisory Board.
